Of course, ROK should still go on. I was talking about the ‘Republic Leader’ role, which is made most obvious during the overture. It’ll probably go to the next center of the group but idk there’s gonna be way too many comparisons and pressure, esp if it’s a 1st gen member. I’d rather just see that role go away or have Yuuka do it since she’s captain.

 

I think it will be a "shared role" depending on mngmnt decision.

 

Techi's graduation will create damage but the group will move on eventually. Republic is such an iconic event that I wish the future generations would carry it on and develop it even more.

The Ambivalent performance is pre-recorded, maybe because Keyaki-chan have other schedule today? Nonetheless, the performance was so good. We finally have a full perf of Techi's Ambivalent after a long time and Techi did not disappoint. Good expressions, good movements and the cartwheel was absolutely perfect. However, she was still holding back a mini tiny bit because of her back I think. Techi held her back a bit more after the bent. I'm not sure if that was just a new habit (due to the injury) because she still did her cartwheel.

If I do not mistranslate, Fujiyoshi Karin said in her IHS that Techi told everyone spraying Aki-P was so much fun. At backstage, this girl is really a brat lol

 

SO true. Techi's cheeky side is reserved for those she is closed with so it's always funny when we get to see a glimpse of it. Sometimes I'm not sure if I should call her blunt, cheeky or brave lol. Maybe all.

Really enjoy today' SOL, full of laughter from Tecchan. The part where she describes how scary the stylist is is just hilarious. Yet, it's really weird that SOL doesn't take Techi's half/full body pics like usual, are they hiding something? Her hair for 9th/2nd maybe

And have you guys read toomuchidea's translation? Techi jumped into the sea in her freaking expensive dress while no one noticed lol, and the staff even warned her beforehand too. I'd be angry too if someone does it but it's Techi we're talking about. Could I even stand if baby Techi looks at me innocently and says sorry, I wonder?

A girl can always dream lol. Moreover, Zambi involves performing (acting/singing) which I think is more interesting for Techi than Keyakake. Who knows, maybe some time far into the future they’d have a script/theme/song powerful enough to pull Techi in.

 

So it was announced that Keyaki-chan would perform Kaze Ni on the 24th for their Sakamichi medley. Makes sense since Kaze Ni is more on the happy side among Keyaki’s A-sides.

That also means we’ll have another chance to see Tecchan in suit. I honestly hope that she would enjoy the stage and smile a lot. Smiling Techi + suit = perfect

 

That is indeed perfection. I am thrilled, I think Kaze Ni is Keyaki’s most underrated single. The song is so much fun, the dance amazinggg, and the pros in suits vibe is just fantastic. I still remember that one Kaze Ni perf (on AKB Show I think?) where Techi was smiling lots and looking like she was having so much fun

 

Baby Otter smiled in Kaze ni performance today!

I really hope she gets better and better...
