The spoken part is telling a story. Here's a rough translation:

"There was ... an explorer? An adventurer has been lost in the snowy mountains. Oh, I'm not sure, it may have been a shipwreck. Well, either way, the castaway had nothing to eat for days. Management are way too obvious in their attempt at making Hinatan management's victim. Some sob suffering story to tell in one of their documentaries. As if her family threatening to cut her off for wanting to join the group wasn't bad enough.

Just bc she doesn't have an agency like OhtaPro, they aren't including Hinatan in the AKB senbatsu...
She deserves to be in the senbatsu... I hope she gains more and more fans and shows the management her strength.
Why does the management always push the wrong people T.T

 

I'm sick of it! She deserves it more than Nakai Rika!!! (I'm not saying Rika is not deserving her spot, but Hinatan deserves it more)
This is a young talent that AKS looks for and they put someone older which is not even make it into senbatsu last year, instead of her. And there are so many of them! Damn!
