I really believe that we'll se another Miru with her. Once just a 1st gen who's only hanging in there, and then one day, when her group is in need of a new, fresh, center, BOOM!! Hinatan of 1st gen will rise up to the task!!!! And still don't get why she's not Co-Captain (even the half of NIII girls would be a better option than Ogiyuka Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yuka was a semi-pushed member by that time so they give her that Co-Captain thing. We will have to wait for NGT to develop to see how the powers change. I really think that Rika's "fishing center" will be less needed after NGT becomes more popular so we will have a real center and not just a "neon lights girl" using all her "sexiness" (I'm not complaining ) to get attention towards the group. When this happen it will be the time for Hinatan to shine.
Hinatan seems like a huge support for the girls. You can tell a person's true personality by how the people around them talk about them. Even recently in mobame a lot of girls posted praises for her for always being there for them, and I think she was the only one who got congratulated by the other members for selling out in the first round in NGT's single: Many people like narratives like Ogiyuka's exaggeration and excessive crying, and Katomina's obsession with ranking and being center, and both girls are obviously beautiful, but I prefer someone who's not only pretty but also smart, talented, cute, social and dependable. They're all great girls and I hope everyone gets popular, but I also think that things will change after NGT48's debut. Even Nishino Nanase was all the way in the back row in Nogizaka46's debut single.
Same for me at least as center/captain. I know the "ace" must be easy to like and rather a simple girl to make everything even faster but for a center and/or a support position I prefer a Hinatan kind of girl. Kinda Milky/Sayanee thing.

Lol I was looking for her parents in the PV after what her mom said on SR too and thought this was them as well The funniest part was Hinatan's embarrassment when she asked her mom: "At the time, why did you guys come?"
I don't think she fixed them since it's one of her charms (as she says in her introduction line). She's a great performer and knows how to work her facial expressions! Her family seems like the hilariously excited type, like the kind who always volunteer in school events and like to be involved lmao specially her mom, she frequently joins her daughter's SR (sometimes against her will lol) and it's funny seeing Hinatan all cute then her mom comes in or says something and Hinata switches into embarrassed teenager mode
