Hopes, Fears, and Predictions for 2016 (SKE48)

With 2015 coming to a close. I figure we could do the stage48 yearly tradition (recently for all of the groups).

So what are your hopes, fears, and Predictions for 2016 with SKE48?

Here are the Past Ones.
2015 - 2014

 

First, i'd like to summary my last year predictions:

Hopes, ahahahahaha... yet 7D2 are actually giving a new push in SKE
Fears, NAILED IT , yet the graduation train slow down when Rena graduated.
Preditions: TOTALLY NAILED!!!

Now, for 2016:
Hopes
I WANT TO BELIEVE, THAT THE NEW STAGES STILL EXIST
Jurina will became a TRUE leader figure in SKE now
The sales will get better
A new TV program is announced!!!
Jurina storming SSK top 3!!, even 1st place!!

Fears
The graduation train will start moving again...
Miyamae Ami graduates because her illness
Another "bad looking" incident like the sound card from Coquettish will happen again...
Tani Marika will get overworked
No TV programs are announced!!

Predictions
Takayanagi Akane graduates (first half year)
Miyazawa Sae graduates (latter half) EDIT, NAILED IT!!!!
Lala's push will slow down right after SSK
Tani Marika will get overworked...

• Kimoto Kanon rises again

• Mikoto ranks in SSK

• Makiko in Senbatsu
• Juna, Kano, Gorisa, Yuzuki, Sakipon and Meimei get more push
• Egochan ranks in SSK
• 2nd album
• New Team S stage is complete
• Team KII representation in management-chosen AKB Senbatsu. Since Kibouteki Refrain Team KII is getting the shaft.

• Goto Rara doesn't center a single
• No 2nd Album

Predictions

• SKE48 Team Shuffle
• Sae, Dasu, Ami, Masanya all graduate
• Jurina becomes Team S Captain
• Love Crescendo's 2nd Single (But not disgused as an SKE48 Single.)
• Nagoya Dome Concert
• 8th Generation Auditions Announced
• SKE48 2nd Album
• SKE48 Team S Original Stage
• Jurina in the Top 3 for SSK

 

Hopes
-A new Ebi Show
-SKE finaly released a Power Metal Song
- The sub unit members should be:
Tani Marika, Takeuchi Mai, Miyamae Ami, Umemoto Matoka, Sato Sumire, Suda Akari

Fears ... none.

Predictions

-Tani secure in Senbatsu
-Suda Akari back in Senbatsu ( and announce Graduation later in the year)
-Furuhato Nao ranked 16. in Senbatsu

 

why the heck is akarin's graduation in predictions?! not yet! not yet! (or maybe i'm just overreacting, a bit too soon here. i'm sorry, if i am)

anyway, i don't think any big fan of akarin's would ever predict for this to happen (but once again, maybe i'm just overreacting, about the whole thing here)

 

Hopes:

-Jurina keeps her 5th rank in SSk (or maybe goes back in 4th )
-Ami's push is back
-increasing sales
-the graduations slow down
- 3 singles + 1 sub unit single
-more shows (radio or TV programs)
-more ske members rank in SSK
-new stages

Fears:

-Jurina's rank drops
- graduations (esp Ami, 1st-4th gen)
-sales drop
-team shuffle
-less ske members in SSK


Predictions:

-Sae grad in the second half of the year
-Dasu, Masana and Tani Marika in senbatsu
-a concert, maybe 2
-Lala ranks in SSK
-Ryoha and Ami rank in FG
-We will not see new stages for SKE48 in 2016, let's be real.


About Jurina...seeing the evolution of Sayaka and Sakura I wouldn't be suprised if her rank drops in 2016.

 

Hopes

• In 2016, SKE release 2nd Album and 3 singels.
• Jurina wins SSK.

Fears

• Miyamae Ami graduate.
• 7th gen member graduate.
• Kano doesn't get her push this year.
• Rara's push continues, worse than Uha's push (i love Rara but i don't like when mngmnt does this kind of push to certain members).
• Futamura doesn't comeback to senbatsu this year.
• Akarin stay in Undergirls.

Predictions

• Jurina ranks in 4th rank.
• 5 members from SKE enters Senbatsu; Jurina, Churi, Kaotan, Aya & Marika/Akarin.
• Sagawara Maya ranks.
• Egochan ranks.
• Again SKE member centers UPCG/FG/NG/UG.
• Team S new stage in 2016.
• Rara gets kennin in Team B.

 

Hopes:

• Kaotan gets a real debut single which anyone can buy
• 2nd album does that music video for every member thing (cause that was really cool + there is more choices now for the girls)
• 2nd album has a legit photobook (their first album's photobook is such a let down imo)
• More stuff like Love Crescendo

Fears:

• more big name graduations
• 2nd album delayed (lol)
• Ami graduates/never gets pushed again
• KII continues being shafted

Predictions:

• Dasu ranks back into Senbatsu
• concert tour (maybe not a big one but something)
• Team shuffle

 

Hope:
- 7D2 takeover. Out with the old, in with the new!

Prediction:
- Suuchan, Masana, Churi and Sae will announce graduation.

 

HOPE:
- New gen member(s) or unranked member(s) last year rank in SSK
- More promotion
- New weekly variety show(s) (preferably with Okubo)
- One big concert (at Dome or Stadium)
- Kouhaku Uta Gassen comeback

 

Hope:
SKE dominates SSK 2016 again. Then, I can happily graduate from SKE fandom.
SKE get their weekly TV show again, whatever the title is.

Fears:
None. I've well prepared for some girls graduation. March is near.

Prediction:
We saw 2016 edition of SKE mass graduation.
But their Hako-Oshi are remain vigilant thorough the year, culminate in SSK 2016.

 

Tani got really overworked this year.. But it slowed down this month..worried for that.

• SKE sales increase
• Tani's rank increases
• Team E gets an original stage
• Obata Yuna gets in SKE senbatsu
• No mass graduation
• SKE domination
• Kouhaku come-back
• 2nd Album has good songs
• More stuff for the units (like Love Crescendo)

Fears

• Mass graduation
• SKE doesn't come back for Kouhaku
• Jurina overworks
• More kenkyuuseis leaving the group
• Churi or Masana announcing their graduation
• Miyamae not coming back to senbatsu

Predictions

• SKE mass graduation
• SKE invades the SSK
• More members rank for the first time
• Jurina centers all SKE singles
• Churi, Masana and Dasu announce graduation
• Team Shuffle
• Dasu goes back to senbatsu

• Akarin ranks into Senbatsu once again

• 1-2 members from older gen (1st-3rd) announce graduation

 

@EMPRE33 don't you mean Nao/Churi WCenter?

I love Jurina (and she still remains a Kami-oshi to me) but even I would like her to take a step back for a moment.

 

Tbh, as much as I'd love a ChuriNao/ChuriJuri double center, I would much rather, Churi having one solo center before she leaves.

 

Well considering how she already cancelled her kennin, taking a step back seems impossible in my opinion. I'm just guessing Jurina would still be centering for the next couple of singles, hence I'm hoping for a JuriNao/JuriChuri center. Well of course I definitely hope for a NaoChuri center, but I was just being a little realistic.
