Hopes, Fears and Predictions for AKB48 2013?

Hopes:

- Akicha returns to senbatsu and has 15th place in election
- Sasshi's new single (ofc without Anrire or some units like that)
- At least three singles by HKT (including upcoming one)
- Maintain a series of over a million singles sales
- Less well-known/pushed girl wins janken tournament (e.g. Mariyagi, Komorin, Tanochan)
- More live streams on YT
- Meru in AKB senbatsu

Fears:

- Trio Mayu&Jurina&Paruru as center girls on all singles.
- Yuko will graduate
- Aki-P leaves the business
- Scandals
- Another overseas group

Predictions:

- Mayu #1 everywhere
- New sub-unit with Paruru as center
- Yuko will graduate
- Single with senbatsu voting ticket will break record of sales

 

Predictions:
- More sister groups, but only in Japan
- No tours in the States or Europe
- Mayu and Paruru everywhere
- Milky's popularity rising even faster
- Many of the senior members graduating
- More scandals
- Some big announcements that will radically change what the AKB family is today

 

My one real prediction for 2013:

Wave after wave of grad announcements, mostly from 1-6th gen members.

 

As much as I hate this idea...I can't help but to agree...as least right now

 

Hopes:
-New stages (like seriously pls
-Yuko to graduate in a high note after winning 1st in election for the last time, become a well known actress, fulfill her dreams and stars in a top movie with Acchan
-if yuko graduates, graduation song for her like with Acchan (only 2nd gen and kami7 + jurina?? pls
-miichan return to regular member in budokan or nissan concerts
-Akicha returns to senbatsu
-Amina gets some love( [speechless]
-4 SKE singles a year and SKE breaks 600k or 700k mark
-tomochin last solo single as akb member and her with chiyuu graduates together at nissan (a graduation song for both of them maybe)
-not yet new single
-paru falls in rank (i'm sorry paru fans [sweat]), sayanee makes senbatsu
-ACCHAN RETURNS FOR A REUNION
-Churi ranks higher, rena makes kami 7
Fears:
-mayu becomes the new acchan (center of most singles)
-Umechan, Sae,Miichan,Kitarie, Yuihan ranks lower
-more scandals
-paru center for everything singles other and sousenkyo and janken (i think aki-p really wants to do this)
-AKB sales decrease and at one point no more 1m first week
-nyan to graduate
-rena to graduate
Predictions:
-Yuko graduates like a queen after the election (she will win it for sure with maybe even more votes than acchan)
-somehow paru will win janken again
-more sister groups
-Meru in akb senbatsu (i like this )

 

Hope, Fear, and Prediction:

A whole new team of Kami 8 that will change the face of AKB48...forever.

 

Prediction : this year will be a massive change for AKB with their graduations lately , they will have a transition from the era which Kami-7 have so huge shine to an era that the youngster will show their worth and replace their sensei's position .

Fears : Jurina will graduates because of her condition , another scandal

Hopes : They will have a world tour concert [rock] , Jurina make a breakthrough to top 5 rank in this year senbatsu

 

Predicitons:
- Graduations of the first generation members
- Decline in sales (I can see the December single selling 500-600k)
- Decline in popularity (specially among the general public)
- New girls all over senbatsu
- Jurina, Mayuyu and Paruru fightin for the throne

Hopes:
- Massive promotion for Kato Rena, she deserves it

Fears:
- More 48 groups appearing

More people against AKB

Predictions

No new stages
More people against AKB
More scandals
Because of that there will probably be a drop in sales
Perhaps new senbatsu
Sayaka won't graduate as soon as many of us have been thinking I think that because of this.

 

Prediction:
-More sister groups like milky will enter senbatsu
-Some of the AKB 2nd gen will graduate (like sayaka, umechan, tomo-mi)
-Acchan will get back to AKB
-No scandals anymore after Miichan's
-Some former members of SDN48 will participate in other sister group
-Tomochin will graduate
-More exciting singles song will come out

Fears:

-Members from 1/2gen will graduate and only Wminami left
-Miichan will graduate due to scandal
-Too many sister group
-AkiP will give AKB members very hard task that make even more members will get graduate
-Buunshun (<== is this the spell like?) will discover more scandals

Hopes:

-Miichan still enter senbatsu and get higher rank
-all of the 1/2 gen member will not graduate
-Akicha, Harugon, Miyazawa Sae & Suzuki Mariya will get back to AKB (I don't want Akicha and harugon at JKT and i don't like if Sae and Suzuki Mariya at SNH)
-Takamina will be the center of senbatsu
-Miichan's hair will grow back (seriously I like her with her long hair and that makes her even more cute and beautiful)
-No scandals again and Buunshun will disband
-Some former AKB and SDN members (like tojima) will enter AKB again

 

Hopes:
1.More AKB members like Komorin will get to be sembatsu in singles and less of Jurina,Rena,Milky etc (not that I have anything against them,but I think the other girls need a chance too.)
2.Release of a French Kiss album!
3.Wasamin gets a solo enka album
4.SKE and NMB get their own Request Hours
5.Concert with all the 48 groups,including JKT and SNH

Fears:
1.More scandals which will cause haters to continue being haters,and for more to dislike AKB :angry:
2.Members with dual-membership like Jurina will be overstretched and become seriously ill
3.Membership lineup of Warota and French Kiss remains a mess so no new singles for a LONG time
4.Aki-P will continue with the same predictable pattern of single types- Sakura,Beach,General election,Cool and Janken.(they should mix it up so it becomes less predictable)

Predictions:
1.Paruru continues to be in the sembatsu for all singles
2.Miichan will get a very high rank in this year's general election

 

So far 2013 pretty much sucked. The graduations, the changing of line ups. If anything I just want more happy surprises, better singles (like cool ones please), more HKT exposure FOR GOD'S SAKE (and does that group need it).

 

SKE already had one and NMB's ballots for voting come with their album...

 

Sorry,I meant to say that SKE and NMB's songs should not be included in AKB's request hour,so that other AKB stage songs need not be excluded.

 

Predictions :
- I can't make any prediction about the senbatsu member but i think there are 3 member that will be a new young generation center paruru,mayuyu and jurina

Fears :
- Many member of 48 will graduate

Hopes :
- Riichan become senbatsu member
- There are new dorama for member NMB48 and HKT48

 

Predictions:
The most important year for AKB, the continuous of the group will be determined in this year [think]

Fears:
Most of old member will graduate

Hopes:
Wish the best for AKB in 2013!! i hope they can stick out together last longer

Hopes:
- Tanochan ranks in election again
- New gen will get more popular
- HKT48 will grow gradually
- No Janken
- I know it's probably in vain but I'm hoping for new stages.
- HKT will get a darker, cooler 2nd single.

 

Predictions:
-Another solo debut or two
-Another sister group
-More stages
-Strong sales continue
-More graduations (we're going lose half the group at this rate )
-Scandals
-Announcements that will make us laugh/die/cry (possibly all at once )
-Marriage or family announcements from graduated girls
-Another shake up for staff

Hopes:
-Another Majijo
-Takamina and Sayaka getting higher rankings in the elections
-Better international coverage (especially because Mii-chan's issue caused a lot of backlash)
-Fans calm their shit and stop bashing each other and members
-Girls aren't forced to be on two teams (Jurina for example): there are plenty of girls to go around, this is unnecessary and harmful to their health
-More specialised focus on the international groups (own songs etc)
-New style songs while not becoming too Western or K-Pop inspired
-New stages
-Sister group's will get enough exposure without overpowering AKB

Fears:
-Original graduations (we've already had Tomochin, I'd die if Takamina, Mariko etc left...)
-Too much focus on sister groups rather than AKB
-Scandals killing the groups, plus solo careers (Chiyuu)
-People still thinking about Acchan: she's done, AKB (and fans) need to love her, but realise she is the past and her era is over
-Fandom dying
-New sub unit or disbandment of sub units
-Because of the graduations, elections etc will be crazy and management will disregard fan input/have no idea how to deal with whats happened and AKB will spiral down
-Sister groups will overshadow AKB

2013 has sucked so far - I hope it gets better!

Hopes:
A concert in Europe
Takamina and Mayuyu get high places in elections.

Fears:
No concert

 

Predictions:
- It's going to be a down year for AKB but they will still make tons of cash
- A ton of girls are going to be calling it a day and failing at whatever their next entertainment endeavor is
- They are really going to push some of the lesser members to make up for the ones they lose. Atleast I would.
- One of the subgroups in other countries is going to fail.
- They won't get any further in English speaking places than they are now.
