How to contact Sony for missing singles on spotify?

I have been using Spotify consistently for Nogizaka46 songs and realized the 11th single, "Inochi wa Utsukushii" and 13th single, "Ima, Hanashitai Dareka ga Iru" are missing. From checking one of the playlists, the songs were once available but now it's disabled. Is it possible to contact Sony about the issue so the singles are available again?

 

I just checked and still listening to "Ima, Hanashitai Dareka ga Iru"

maybe because different region locked, like Nogizaka46 youtube account?

What do you mean that you have to the other song is locked. I can played all of their song. I'm streaming there latest song to guru guru curtain era. where are you guys from?

The 11th single is missing but the 13th single are in there spotify channel.
