I heartily endorse Yamashita's advice for Ikuchan to make a gundan and get closer to her kouhai.

I just realized that Ikuchan can actually be a good leader for Nogi’s dream on promoting in other countries. After the two C3AFA, she can be someone who can lead the group. I think it’s because she got the talent, the appeal, she’s very well spoken, she’s entertaining (and funny), and ofcourse, she is good at speaking English.

 

As much as I like Ikuta, personally I don't find her best as a leader, at least for now. She is too outspoken at times and is the type that is hard to be swayed around once she got her mind on a certain thoughts (I mean, just look on her face during Doko / Koujichuu when the Bananaman started to make fun of her way of thinking).

As a leading "ambassador" for Nogi though, I would agree. Either her or Manatasu, since I find Manatsu in particular did a better job during the talking sessions.

 

I don’t mean as really a leader of the group like a captain. Yes, an ambassador is the right word that fits it. In their varities, I think you can’t really base there if she qualifies for being a leader. I remember that many of the members have been describing her as dependable. Maybe her young age limits her to be the group’s leader/captain, but what I mean is that she has the potential.

 

Ikuchan is more than jack of all trades. She's master of everything. Singing, dancing, speaking, entertaining, etc etc. She's also master at drawing and cooking.
