it's been to long , but i've forgot to post this sorry

this is the original team H , with no Minazou . why ? back in that day each team just have max 16 members
that's why i said the team has reached the limit

ah, do you remember when team H has been formed? because i really didn't know there's a rule which limiting member per team.

based on Stage Wiki it's on March 4 2012 http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/History:_Team_H
i think each team get 16 members because if they got 3 teams that would be 48 members
but it's doesn't valid anymore
since team H have a slot , why don't we suppor Mina to get in

Minazou&Harutan&Manamin sang "Maria",it was so exciting for me.

ツアー初日☆in大分
無事に終了しました！
The first day of the tour in Oita
Ended without any incidents!

そして、サプライズのクラス替えでチームK4に昇格しました。
Also, in the surprise class shuffle, I was promoted to K4.

発表されたときは、感謝の気持ちと嬉しい気持ち、そしてこれまでの思いが込み上げて泣き崩れてしまいました。
At the moment of the announcement, I broke down crying from the feelings of gratitude, the feelings of happyness, and all the thoughts that had filled my heart.

でも少し複雑な気持ちもあります。
But I'm also having a bit of a complex feeling.

何から話せばいいか分からないです。
I'm not sure what I should say.

ひとつ言えるのは、
遠回りしたけど自分の成長に確実に繋がっているんじゃないかなと感じます。
What I can say is that
I took a detour, but I wonder if this isn't related to my growth.

ここが決してゴールではないので次のステップアップに、そして目標に一歩でも届くように周りのメンバーと切磋琢磨し合い成長できるように頑張ります。
Since this is certainly not my goal, I will work hard with the members in order to keep improving and to reach the next step up as well as my objective.

これまで気持ちを忘れず。たくさん刺激を受けて新しく生まれ変わります。
Without forgetting the feelings I had until now. I am reborn with a strong incentive.

明日からも、まだまだツアーは続きます！！！各県の方々に私の気持ちを全力で伝えて行きたいと思います！
The tour will keep on going from tomorrow!!! I want to express my feelings with all my might to everyone in each prefecture!

I also love how she takes it. Seeing your path as an asset from which you have learned instead of just thinking of it as an injustice/management/blabla and wallowing in your sorrow is very good indeed.

I love her spirit, her leadership and how she faces the future

That reminds me of Jurina at Saitama Super Arena, the shock can sometimes just cause the body to shut down.

If anyone deserved promotion, it's Imada, I've been impressed by her all-around performance for a while now and how she generally conducts herself. It's not the first time Natsu has come to her aid, if anyone watched the Budokan "making of" disk you can see how they both tried to shake up the kks who had gotten chewed over by their trainers.

 

Wow, seeing Minazou like that, thinking about how long she's been waiting for this, I have to say it made me tear up. I'm so glad she got the promotion! She's amazing.
