The reason she was not chosen is simply she was one of the expendables/odd ones out in the Hiroshima representative line up. It's not because the management is ignoring the others but they have to balance out all the other 7 prefecture's representative or else it becomes HRS48 instead of STU48. Just look at who she needs to compete with >__> Hiroshima representatives: Ishida Chiho *somewhat pushed* Imamura Mitsuki *somewhat pushed* Torobu Yuri *locked* Yano Honoka *somewhat pushed* Kai Kokoa *semi-locked* Takino Yumiko *locked* Tanaka Kouko *semi-locked* Mineyoshi Arisa Shintani Nonoka I mean I don't even know how to pick from here if the limit is 2~3 reps per prefecture. And the fact that they reupload it instead of just letting it pass by is probably like you said, not much people remembered about the show already and she gets a boost in HS means she is not being ignored at all. (Same goes for Mitsuki who gets a boost in HS...looks like they want the ASH girls to compete for the spot. Marina and Nonchan are out in this case.) tbh if Yumirin went to the Yamaguchi venue for audition this will be a little bit easier lol

Chiho was really nervous from the beginning on and really quiet. Somehow she couldn’t believe it herself. She was really confused and calm, and thanked everyone for their congratulations. And only 2 minutes on she got the first Tower - which started quite big stream of towers and other gifts. She was really overwhelmed and started to tear up from time to time. She got so many gifts she didn’t know what to do or say wwww At the end she got 8600 Viewers in 40 minutes to congratulate, and throwing a lot of different gifts and 19 towers." They finally deleted Chiho's Followers. She's back at her normal 5000 ones. I hope Chiho isn't too depressed by it, even though she might have knew that her Followers are fake - she never responded to anyone congratulating or mentioning the Followers lately. I hope she can steadily grow them now again, and that no one (crazy Fan and/or Anti) is trying to use some bot again.

My first thought when all the ASH girls joined was, if they create a unit for them it would be more of an ASH promotion rather than STU48. I still think that, they won't make an ASH unit but instead try to make the ASH association dissolve completely.
I don't think doing an ASH unit would be a too good of an idea either. Even if I would like to get more things for Chiho. But maybe they could do a dance unit - then it wouldn't be too strange for all the ASH girls to be present lol
