I am hoping even after the Mnet scandal that Izone stary together. Sakura, Nako and Hitomi have benefited well and its just cool to see akb48 members in kpop. Same With Juri in Rocket Punch and soon Takeuchi Miyu.

And I want Produce 48 Season 2 ...
Produce 46 rumors were flying around early 2020 and Aki-p was like 'what the hell is that?' on his 775.
But not 46 because they are doing relatively well in Japan.
I know many were having doubts when PD48 was announced... but... look where Saku Nako Hii are right now!
It's not gonna happen but I feel almost everyone from 48G will apply if there is season 2.
Esp. with pandemic 48G must be having a hard time right now. If they do another one they will be able to get some extra cash from Korea.
There are so many talented and beautiful 48G members who are either not getting spotlight or just on the verge of graduation with nothing particular planned.
We need season 2 !

Let's just be more realistic.
Mnet / CJ had to deal with a large scandal to keep IZ*ONE on track, and it's only thanks to all the involved agencies agreeing they can continue till the end of the contract.
The author rights controversy with the Pledis guy can't be ignored either.
I suppose they allowed the girls to write songs to give them extra incomes and maybe get rid off another fraud.

48G just came out of a huge scandal, and they have a hard time finding more sponsors / partnerships right now.

Associating again companies whose image just took a hard dive doesn't sound like a good idea for now.

also i think no one from the top girl would join to the show, we have JuriSakuMiru in S1 to attract many 48fans but for S2 i dont think AKS would send Suda/Yuka/Naachan/Yui/Mion

 

Perhaps PD48 Japan, who knows? NiziU seems like a reasonable thing that AKS will make PD48 Japan.

Seems like JWizone miss IZ*ONE Japan promotion. Looks like there is a possibility that they're still doing Japanese comeback.

 

It would make sense to have another comeback, there's obviously money waiting to be had. instead of physical high touch events they can run similar video call events like they did with the SWAN comeback in Korea.
