Have not seen the PV, for reasons. But yes, Yukirin has let her hair grow out some. Currently just below shoulder length. Second question is off topic for this thread. However, the likely reason for Jurina's absence from this single is related to her health. She may officially be "back" from her hiatus, but I would not say she is fully back, yet.

Rather, I just want to see how she lends her charm/miracle to the group. Because really, she's too standout there even without being the official center of their singles. Because so then we all can wonder how good she will be if she is in Momusu. That, and, she is needed to make AKB much more interesting (back then AKB is more about personality of the girls, and Yukirin is just one of a kind). And I'm afraid if she did get into Momusu, she wouldn't be as popular as now.
