Sawabe -> karin oshi
Tsuchi -> ozono oshi
Another fun episode. Cheeze Ozono is getting a lot of screen time, nice.
Did my eyes deceived me or we had a Oonuma style while she was preparing to press the button? The MC's didn't call attention to that so maybe I was just looking to attentively to her haha
Also, PonPon come in with the one shot kill! Amazing!
Yep!! It was adorable to see her getting more and more ~ serious ~ each question lol
Thank God I thought I was seeing things too LOL
Wow now that you guys pointed it out, Tsucchi does seem like a Cheese Oozono oshi, good catch
Hono~su with her ponytail, ozone wordplay is so good. no memo corner
Yes there has been an Oonuma style moment. That was my personal highlight of the episode as I simply adore her!!! She also almost hugged the button. That scene I watched on replay many times to savor it and it was a pity the MC left it uncommented.
Although I very much like and respect Tsucchi (he is actually my preferred MC among the 6 in Sakamichi variety shows, followed by Himura-san), I found this birthday episode quite unnerving and underwhelming especially in contrast with the recent ones. Now I am looking forward to enjoy my other 2.5gen love, Marino cutie-pie...
Risa: The outline of Tsucchi's chin is super pretty.
Tsucchi: How about you get reborn with this chin?
I know someone who has a Tsucchi-like chin: Yamamoto Sayaka LOL
Not really a fan of the birthday episodes too but it did bring us Risa's classic "happy happy happy Tsucchi" moment. Did anyone notice that they played the instrumental of that song in this episode? Nice throwback
Matsudaira's face when she got a point taken off by Tsucchi lol
Oh yeah, the legendary collaboration. Glad to hear it again.
PIKOTARO Kosaka Daimaou - HBD Tucchi (feat. Keyakizaka46)
That drop was lit
Should have been included in Best Album tbh
Oh yesssss. These last episodes we were blessed with camera zooms on Rikopi's face. OK she is pretty but now I realize she is super pretty, like, amazingly super pretty, as pretty as one could get. Her nose is like a cute round mini tomato and her facial expressions are breathtaking.
Why, oh why she is so under-rated?
Because, let's be honest with ourselves, by now most fans' perception of Rikopi is of a member who is rather... odd. While there are some of us that think "normal" is boring, most don't identify-with or welcome oddness. Now, it is hard to define what is normal and what is not, but just like pornography, you know it when you see it. Nanako was also deemed rather odd, but at least she had other little things going on for her drawing ability, playing the violin, etc. I hope Rikopi brings out some other hidden talent she may have as well (She is tall so modeling might be a venue for her). Speaking of oddness, I'm a bit worried about Masumoto...
Depends on what kind of "odd" really. In case of Kira I see it's turning out pretty well so far. Plenty of camera time and some memorable quirks. Rikopi on the other hand... I can't quite put my finger on it, but she's having trouble going with the flow, it seems. As you mentioned, having "little things" is always beneficial but she's not showing them. Off the top of my head, I can't remeber anything that isn't pretty face or long legs. Maybe that's where the problem is.
Rikopi herself talks about how weird she is, which, if course, is normal. The only problem I have with her is when she starts saying she & Pe are similar, cos they are not. Pe isn't weird or odd. She is just quiet. Rikopi on the other hand can talk. She isn't afraid of the camera. I see what she is doing is sorta like a way to draw ppl to her or make ppl pity her. It's difficult to explain but it's what I think. What she shld know is even with her weirdness, she can still pull in fans, like Pe & Naako did with their traits. One think that pulls ppl away is making sob stories all the time and it's what I see her mostly doing.
I think Rikopi is quite funny, and let's be real here: almost all of our Keyaki girls in 1ki have weird quirks in a sense.
Sugai sama has problems with clothes (rips them all the time). Akanen is competitive to an unhealthy degree, almost obsessive. Risa has a really weird sense of humor that we have only seen with she is with Manaka, who is herself such a smart ass especially when it comes to off the cuff comments (a role that has now been filled by PonPon in KeyaKake).
Rikopi just has to find her niche. Her humor appeal is not like Masumoto or Akiho's (who seem to be getting the most buzz among new 2ki) and not in line with Pe as Pe has her own appeal. She can learn a thing or two from InoRi who is really embracing variety and shining when given chances.
I see she of late is taking pictures with other members more compared to the beginning where her blogs pics were mostly with Pe & Naako. With this, other members can get used to her weirdness and she in turn can spurn something special out of it all.
About that, I recently subscribed to Rena-chan's () mobame and I was surprised there was a message from Rikopi there, taking pictures and taking over their mobames seems to be her shtick for the moment
One of the problems with Riko is that people expect 1ki to not be funny, so at this point it's okay if they don't make us laugh every single sunday, but with 2ki we already know their variety potential and Riko is currently not up to that.
Like it had been said, even not variety members have other quirks, but when Riko tried to show more stuff... Keyakitte staff edited it out lol
I think it's also on us. We expect her to be "variety" but someone as self conscious like her has to find her way to get the fun out. I thought the duo Riko-Karin would give us more after the start they had, but no such luck so far.
Like I wrote in Riko thread, I think she'd be perfect as model.
I doubt she'll be one of the members pushed that way and I believe that will be a loss for the group.
Just finished rewatching Keyakake ep.96 about Makuhari Messe 2017. Now I'm just pissed. Forget about Fukyouwaon, this whole Live deserves its own BD. Looking back, the production level seriously impressed me. It was like a mini Tokyo Dome. If you haven't, rewatch it. I hope one day S&F realize that those already nostalgic performances are nothing to sneeze at and release the full versions.
All these past Keyakake episodes, (and 96 IS one of my best), I watch again and again and again alone and cry silently in my corner. Living in the past is so painful sometimes...
