Thanks for the clarification. I should leave this stuff to you, lol, but excitement overcame me. It was obvious, since we had all the figures earlier, but still exciting. And I like the context of Nogi going before.

Kind of surprising it wasn't even more. That's less in the fourth week than either SaiMajo or SekaAi (Stage 48 Oricon thread - Keyakizaka). Maybe the fifth week will be a blockbuster, with the lives and Kouhaku just happening.

Hah I love it. It's just a picture but it's so much hype to open the CD.
    ~4K for 297 CDs.

edit: futari saison now has reached 7m views.

he could probably just buy the whole photo set on auction site with less than half of the total.

Nanako get 7th spot in his kami7 :worthy:

+1 to that! A set of all types at a discount, perhaps?

This is nice to hear. Not only for the actual achievement by Keyakizaka, but also for the "emotional" factor of them following the path of their senpais. :1st:

The two groups have really been doing great the last few years, building themselves up to be quite the rivals for AKB. They never looked like it when they started but now..... they've grown a few pegs

I wonder whether there are a lot of overlap in terms of fans (ie., people following both 46 and 48 groups) or is the fan demographics pretty much different?

For me, I started following the 48 groups first. They were the most publicised of course, but then i branched out to nogi before the announcement of keyakizaka came in. At that point i was more intrigued than anything else. I already had my set of oshis in both groups, but i never grew with them, so why not check keyakizaka and see how they turn out to be

I think most of us in these forums are interested in both groups. I was wondering about the fan demographics because the image that these groups are projecting are different, thus perhaps they attract different segments of the market.

Both groups offer something different in style, music colour and personality, so for someone like me who likes to have a variety of choices, id no doubt be interested in both groups

Those who do things like that, to get full photosets or buy bunches for HS events, actually do re-sell them. You can get a full 4-CD Set for about 500 Yen (about four bucks) that have been opened only once to get the photocard out of it. Only in Japan of course, although you might find a seller who is willing to ship them overseas or have a friend who will order it for you on Yahoo! Auctions and send it to you. You can save a lot of money by that if you want to have all versions (I did this before).
