Single Keyakizaka46 4th [Fukyouwaon] (2017/04/05)

I don't see how 6% more than your opinion of what's guaranteed suddenly falls into the bold zone.

In any case, I'm being bold since this single has 1 more edition than previous single, and currently Type A-D dominated 1st-4th place on Amazon best seller ranking.

 

I'm gonna play it safe and hope for 400-420k, anything higher than that is a win from me. Despite this being a 48/6 group, i'm still surprised at the sale figures only a year into their debut. Even if they dropped to 300k, i would still be very impressed.

 

Doesn't that happen for all 48/46 groups? I don't check Amazon charts so don't know if that means anything.
Also can someone explain why the Type C is 4yen cheaper on Amazon compared to the other types?

 

That's the one with 2nd row so in theory it should have the highest demand.
Currently it's 2nd in the ranking.

@ukifune it's from the ground floor. Yeah I noticed a lot of kids, like kids up to my neck and I'm not even tall. Of course probably hard for people with jobs since they already are having to get off early to attend the concert lol

 

Nogi never accomplished it as far as I recall, though this totally doesn't mean Keya can sell more Type A-D than Nogi since it's just one out of hundreds sources and ranking also depends on competition. Regardless, it's good for a general outlook.
Nowadays it takes a miracle for an edition of AKB single to reach top 20, while they struggle with top 30. Though, AKB has like 15 editions on Amazon (5 Amazon limited, 5 normal limited, and 5 regular), but it doesn't really matter cause fans only buy regular if limited is run out. The ones that isn't being bought at that moment usually sits at rank 100+.
Amazon automatically tracks its competitors and adjusts its pricing for many products, particularly the ones that should have fast inventory movement.

 

Hohoemi ga Kanashii: Two best friends (TechiNeru) finding out that they like the same guy & fretting about it.
Lyrically (AND musically too), my least favorite song from this single lol. But Techi's voice is beautiful. She keeps improving.

If you look carefully behind Nanachanzu, people noticed them. It just because with all the camera and staff, and the fact that they also looked like doing it live with all the shouting replies at the camera, people are reluctant to move closer.

But i'm pretty sure that people inched closer to them when the camera is off / they are escorted inside and out of 109 as there are picture when they are standing in front 109 with a group of people watching from behind the cameraman.

Ranking now that i've heard them all~

Notes: In short, this single is very solid. If I were to rank this single as a whole, it would be 1st out of the four singles. I love all the MV's, and the songs are all pretty solid too. Hiragana Keyaki's song is really cute, and Tuning is my favorite Yuichanzu song now. Eccentric is my favorite song out of them all, and I would have loved to have seen an MV for it (as with Kimi ga Inai, i think this will be a theme for me lol). W-Keyaki is a great song, but the MV, as nice as it is, ranks in the middle of the MV's. If it didn't have the sentimental moments like the YoneNeru scene, the girls dancing to past songs, or the leaders orchestrating the group, it would rank lower. Wareta isn't my cup of tea, but the music video is great! Hohoemi is forgettable, and i think if it had an MV like Wareta did, i would like the song more. It's understandable why Fukyouwaon is the main A-side, it's a very mainstream song that many can enjoy. Can't wait for my CD to arrive.

I like the first 4 mentioned, neutral about tuning and hohoemi ga kanashii. Bokutachi wa tsukiatteru is the blandest song of the year 2017 so far

Ok, so Eccentric is still my favorite song of this single. And in general, right now.

Hohoemi ga Kanashii was an actual waste of a song. It wasn't outstanding, it was kind of boring, and it was unnecessary. We all recognize TechiNeru, they didn't need a duet. And if they were being given one, it should be something groundbreaking.

Bokutachi wa Tsukiatteru ended on a weird note. Also wasn't all that great. I think this one needs to be listened to while watching the PV.

Also, those first day sales are impressive. Keyakichans are growing!
