Considering the amount of talk Techi produces anyway, mngmnt has strangely taken the best route
Shida is another matter, but to judge the way they are doing it, one should know what's the matter. It's vicous circle lol
Hopefully, nothing is wrong with her.

They did, Yuichanzu. I thought the Msta performance was more than enough for a confirmation of that. Looks like they're the centers for the K46Show too.

^and with all the center talk yuichanzu were getting in interviews after they were back, yeah seems that way. Probably by design since management knew Techi break was coming. Guess we'll see if they stick with em for a while or try Neru or someone else too ~

The Yuicanzu cover in Type B explains it. So obvious.

The thing is, as I said in Techi thread: being it a Yuichanzu center, why isn't it... a Yuichanzu center? Why was it released as a Techi center? They were already limiting her jobs when the single was planned and released.
I still think it's a marketing stategy as in trying to promote Keyakizaka46 less Techi-dependant. Making people sympathize with them not by having a super strong center, but by struggling because their super strong center isn't here.

Pon's recent post made me think that after the Kouhaku and Budokan debacles, they are trying to make a different approach to Keyaki in order to make their formation more flexible, giving up on the statement of "we are a solid 21-member formation and absent members' positions should be left void". The "Sakamichi draft" reinforces this change of approach.

    Oh I love this forum...

I really think these conspiracies are over reaching. I think that she has probably been offered another professional project she she's going to partake in it. It's smart she is furthering herself and making sure her future is set. She's still in keyaki but she's silly to let other good offers to pass. During this time, the other girls get to shine. I don't think there is much to worry about. They are young girls that are being able to partake in experiences they would not normally get the opportunity to do so I bet they are all seeking every one of them. I bet that's the cause of her break. And I think that's really cool that she gets that chance at such a young age. I think it's cool they all do.

I agree, it may be as simple as that. And if it is, it's a good thing.
To be honest, it's fun just to think about it and theorize a bit, lol. When things are left half said, one gets more interested, and maybe that's the point.
But maybe I should start posting in the conspiracy thread.

After the recent radio show in which Techi said she went to her first-ever parent-teacher session and was roundly attacked by both (and said she realized she had done things that justified it), there is a bit of speculation that her marks were so bad she had to be pulled back from performing so she could concentrate on catching up at school. Certainly, her previous description of her attitude and of talking back in class, and the odd mention of terrible marks or not even answering the questions, makes one think this might even be possible.

Nothing is simple here. They may have pulled her back (after getting full value from her in the single, the MV, and the TV commercials) but we still just don't know why they wanted her to take a hiatus: physical, mental, professional, personal, or other problems? I hope it's just another big project but I really have no idea.

She is still the main centre as long as they keep putting her there in MVs, it seems to me. But others are getting their chance to shine in performance, right now. This week, Memi said it had been about a month since she had been with Techi.

i kinda of feel bad for Yuichanzu subbing for Techi on TV performance. They did got some screentime on TV but Are they satisfied as Techi's sub ? the PR for 6th single was done and i hope they wont do this again for upcoming single.

Third week sales reported from Oricon as 33,515, making a total of 922,218.

The second week was the highest all-time second week for either Sakamichi group. This is the second-highest third week after Nigemizu (37,903).

A beautiful song, beautifully played. I think this is one of the best Keya songs... certainly my favorite Techi solo.

Techi's vocals have definitely improved since Parco. A beautiful ballad indeed. I wish Yoake no Kodoku had its own, full dedicated MV.

there are so many idols with student status.. they were fine..
if school was her real problem...

to be the root cause of her group cancelling budokan live
to miss Group 2nd anniversary, where she centered all major song
    to completely eliminate fans service..

yet the sales was still outstanding.
    that's keyakizaka magic..
maybe people actually likes complicated things like keyakizaka..

i use to understand their charm points.
but now it was just soo much lighter and funnier to watch things like nogi46hourtv..
