Haruna is featured in every stage, and is basically referenced in every episode in some way or another.

Back on topic, Kojiharu -------- I wonder if since these recordings will be broadcast on the internet now, she will start ignorning Kojiharu Ojiisan. My hope/prediction is YES.

Does Haruna pay a lot of attention to him when he attends?

and who is this oji-san anyways? Cuz I'm missing something here, cuz all of a sudden you guys just started talking about him, and I even don't know who he is.

He's an older guy who's her fan and in a way "famous" himself (got featured in a book about the fans and I think there was an interview with him in the same magazine that featured Ange and Heiwa's blog). When people still had to line up, he'd see a lot of shows and always shout for her. I think she's one of the few people who are glad the system got changed.
As an example, the first time I witnessed him, during H2.
During the MC, once one girl finished speaking, the next one raises her hand, says "Hai!" and starts her self introduction. Haruna waited because she knew he'd shout something.
It's not a direct translation but close enough to still make sense.

Haruna: Hai!
Kojiharu ojisan: Harunyan (I think), lately you're the only thing in ojisans head.
H: *fake sad voice* Oh, so your thinking of nothing interesting then...
K-O: *attempts to say more stuff, gets drowned in laughter*
H: *quickly continues her MC segment, not giving him another chance.*

Now imagine you're Haruna and something like this happens almost every show...

Simply said, he's the type of fan you rather not want.

Nothing he does would justify a ban.
Maybe Tatami, Youko or Hiji have some better stories on him but as far as I know, he behaves.

Anyways,assuming Shumatsu Samurai's description is accurate, it seems this old guy is just a tad bit above the rest of the fans, so they can't really ban him. I mean, other people shout for the girls too. Just this guy shouts during her MC portions too, which is just rude, but that's besides the point. It's not really something that's so extreme he'd get a ban, at least if I'm understanding this right.

Though...I still don't know what these recordings that Tatami and lordkyrie mentioned are, so maybe he did something worse.

No, ofc not. stalking the girls is forbidden, I think tatami said it would result in a lifetime ban from the theatre.
