Hello, I'm trying to watch Komi documentary with those subs :

Komi posted this up a couple of days ago, Google translate says she went to Hokkaido with Sayaya for something secret(?) that she's waiting to be announced. Could it be related to her Mobame or maybe something else

 

The Full documentary is not subbed afaik.
Only the first "complete".
After they released the "more complete" with 22min additional footage.

 

So Komi got an honorable mention in Forrest's Top 10 of Orthodox and Unorthodox at the same time idols.

What makes you think she is both of those types?

@Gwen if you want adjust timings yourself

1: Download and install Aegisub (it's free) http://www.aegisub.org/
2: Open the subtitle file with Aegisub
3: Click on 'Timing' (fourth tab along at the top)
4: Click 'Shift Times'
5: Move the times either forward or backward a couple of seconds at a time until they roughly match up
6: Profit!

 

You could just use VLC if you want to adjust the timing.
