Documentary of Kono Saki [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRUpyw88TjM[/yt] well it certainly shows how much an idol which is not being pushed at all by the management must struggle really hard, basically it is always between give up or try harder for her that moment when they compare her HS lane with other member breaks my heart.
There's a new one that aired a couple of days ago. Has some clips from the first one, but catches us up on the past few months. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFLSimzjKew[/yt] [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HizTAUA4veQ[/yt] I like Sakipi a lot, so I'm thankful these exist to give us more insight into her since she's not really made visible in videos or shows, and I hope these will create some new fans of her, but it's unfortunate that she's not the only one in the position she's in. Being in a 48g can make you one of the most popular idols in Japan or you can end up with less notoriety than some indie idols. Almost an ocean of difference as girls like Sakipi know all too well. She's a very smart and interesting girl, so do keep an eye out for her.
Probably the most underrated girl in the ALL48 groups. She is very inteligent (plays piano and clarinet, loves science and math, is learning Korean etc.), talented and really cute, of course haha I'm really glad she won the lottery for the Young Jump Gravure Competition, she desperately needs some push. More love for Sakipi!
I hope someone eventually realises how much of a gamer Sakipi actually is and does something about it. Nintendo are based in Kyoto which isn't exactly far from Osaka. Her G+ is often just her shilling Nintendo stuff anyway. Her header banner is Kirby, she carries a stack of DS games around with her at all times, she's also currently got a higher score online than me in MK8, but then I've only had a few races. Nintendo did do a promotion with NMB a long time ago, the first gens all got official Mii's released, I have them on my 3DS. I'd love for her to get a gig doing something.
That and Shuu calls her Keromatsu (Froakie). There was also a picture of her reading a really thick book the other day and apparently its the Pokemon Official Strategy Guide.
I hope Sakipi make in to Janken's senbatsu! Go Sakipi! Btw, Im looking for to see her at Janken, I think she will wear a Nintendo cosplay
Today (2015.04.10.) at Team N stage she announced her graduation! She want focus her study then make her own Radio program in the future.. here is the untranslated announcement:
That's unfortunate, I really like Sakipi, but it's great she found something she wants to do. Ori-BII fading in our memories. But we'll always have the aquarium.
Sakipi opened a personal Twitter account. https://twitter.com/sksk_mi So much third gen love with her account already. Yuuri needs to follow her back, but I like that Haako's NMB account is following her, haha.
This video has been released today by Kansai TV channel ABC - it was originally broadcast on 2013/10/20 and it follows Sakipi's journey in attempting to be successful in NMB48: if the video does not show watch the video here It's quite probably the same one in the dead link in post #2 in this thread.
