I remember watching this movie, 3 friends took an exam.

One of them left without looking through the rest of names on the list, felt sad thinking their friend didn't even passed the exam
But when the other friend joined him and said their friend got no.1

Well personally I'm just really happy Shiorin is the smartest, at least among 3rd gens

AFAIK, Jounetsu Tairiku is an individual documentary program. Think of it like Seven Rules that featured Ashu a few days ago, just without the rules.
Looks like the episode of January 28th will feature Matsuda Makoto, a theatre producer and CEO of Nelke Planning, the company that produces the Three Sisters stage. I assume Misa-sen, Junna, and Kubo will be in a scene, but they are not the main subject.

I'm worried more, on that it's rarely to see two shot Kubo and other members. Even though there is group photo, it is also rarely to find Kubo in it. Apparently, Kubo is much closer to her Senpai, if we only see it from 3rd members blog photos.

I think probably some 3rd gen members are a bit jealous of Shiori, but that's the life... that only means she's doing great and they're feared of her. I'm glad at least she's really appreciated by her senpais and I hope she's strong enough to resist to all the kind of things the girls do and say behind the scenes that we'll never know.

 

As long as she has friends within the group, albeit only from the 1st or 2nd gen, I am not worried.

I think that isn't the case. I read other 3rd gen members blog, they are good friend with Kubo. But, like what you said, we never know what happen behind the scene. Let's be positive and keep supporting them.

Yesterday was the 19th individual handshake at Tokyo Big Sight. Reports said that Kubochan was wearing mask through all five parts of handshakes, didn't speak a lot, and starting from the 3rd part she sat down. Her hands were warm (some said they're hot), so people were worried she caught a fever. One of the report also said that when she was asked about her condition, Kubochan answered that doctor told her not to speak so much. She said she's fine, but her voice couldn't come out.
What a hellish schedule by management. Today is senshuuraku (last performance) of Three Sisters, with two last stage, and exactly the day before they had to attend the handshake meeting.
People were wondering why Kubochan's queuing line looked vacant. Apparently, those who came to have a handshake with her, did at the beginning of each parts, so Kubochan could finish faster and get more time to rest. It's really not the case of having fewer people (as it's individual HS where she sold out).
Really considerate fellows. I love this kind of relationship between idol and fans.

There's probably a secret org something like Shiori Black Knights secretly looking out for her, like those commonly seen in mangas and animes.

LOL she's so fake, been exposed on the last kojichuu saying to lot of her senpais that she loves them more than anyone and they're the reason she joined Nogizaka. At least she choose Ikuta in the end, and I always thought she's the one she admires the most for REAL

 

This is why that Koujichuu episode is like a double-edged sword. It's so funny but at the same time, harmful because it can be easily misunderstood and twisted in the negative sense. You aren't the only one thinking like that.
In her defense, she didn't say 'I love you the most' to anyone, let alone everyone. She did say 'I like/love you' to a lot of seniors however, but only after they are close enough. There's a subtle difference there. She was a fan of Nogizaka46 before joining, in my opinion it's only natural if she loves a lot of members.

Let me elaborate more, case by case.

Sayu => This one is more on the one sided line, where Sayunyan herself, as she claimed, is a Kubochan oshi. While it's true that Kubochan got her kikkake/impetus from watching Nandome performance for the first time in CDTV 3 years ago where Sayunyan subbed Ikuchan as the center (got the video covered here if you want to watch it, just got re-uploaded because you know why lol), it's not limited to that, as the source itself is the song. So doesn't matter whether it's centered by Ikuchan or Sayunyan or anyone else Nandome will still be her source of drive, and she would say her gratitude to the center(s), as a big part of it that makes it whole.

Ikuchan => A bit covered in my Sayu explanation, that Ikuchan also one of sources of her kikkake. Ikuchan's first work together with third gen was with Kubochan (for an interview of AKB Shimbun, in the scope of 17th single Influencer, so that was before she worked with Yoda-Momo in Nigemizu), and they grew close since. Look at how Kubochan keeps up with Ikuchan's weirdness, to the point that Ikuchan admits they are in the same wavelength. This might be just me, but Ikuchan being a close friend of Himetan, and Himetan being the closest senior of Kubochan (really, if she was present, Himetan would be picked 100%) might be a factor too. Then Ikuchan - Kubochan has a duet song too last single, and from there Ikuchan grows to be a senior that Kubochan respects and admires. About respect...

Misa => People might think that it's because of the stage play they had together, but it goes a long way before that. At the interview of (again) AKB Shimbun last August, this time with Mizuki, she already mentioned Misa to be a senior that gives her guidance (I translated it and posted it in this thread). Then Shounen Magazine came, with that question 'Who is the member you respect?' where they misprinted Ashurin to be Kubochan's answer, only to correct it in their official tweet that it was actually Misa senpai. The stage play the had together only deepens their relationship as they spent a lot more time together (and with Junna too), where they admit that they feel like they are actual sisters. For reference, here's the modelpress article which contains that interview. Misa senpai claiming to receive the word 'I like you the most' from Kubochan might be just a simple misunderstanding, as she really is Kubochan's most respected member, and in this context this is blurry. I don't blame Misa-sen though.

Kanarin => She mentioned that it's because of her 'secret', real letter from Kubochan, where in the letter she listed their talks and memories together etc. with that controversial last sentence, 'I like you so much it hurts.' Again, as enamored as it gets, it doesn't necessarily translate as 'I like you the most.' But those words definitely strong enough to sway anyone in the receiving end, and that's what happened to Kanarin. I also don't blame her.
Still, let's emphasize on 'talks and memories'. It means it's not a simple confession, it's a built up feelings, emotions, and time spent together to be finally written as a present for the birthday girl. Too much effort if it's just on a whim.

Miona => She's ('is' or 'was', I don't know which one to use) Kubochan's oshimen. The first time they were together was at Kojichuu episode of third gen introduction, and despite the flak Miona received because of that disastrous PR, they become good friends. They hung out together, shopping and dating in cafe, all in private. Both of them love Ghibli movies, so they definitely have something to talk about when they are together. This matter was also covered in this thread before as it was from CM Now magazine interview (I won't bother to look for it), where it says that Kubochan sees Miona as a figure of an older sister.

Confusing? I know. But they are all different, though maybe separated only by a fine line.
To summarize
Sayu & Iku -> part of impetus
Iku -> admired, aspired to be
Misa -> most respected older sister
Kana -> liked a lot
Miona -> oshimen

Not to mention from Kubochan's blogs and other sources (seniors' blog, 755, mobame) that she's also close to Ranze, Junna, and possibly Renachi. She's also a Tulip kenkyuusei to some extent, although it's not shown in Koujichuu gundan episodes. Imagine if Unders were there too in the studio.

The Valentine episode forced third gens to only choose one senior. It's easy if they really only have one, but not for Kubochan who loves and already got close to a bunch of them. Those five seniors who were self confident Kubochan would give them the present has the strongest reasons for the entire episode, even when compared to their own reason for another third gens (for those who came out more than once), as it involves a lot of their interactions with Kubochan. Kubochan telling those seniors that she likes them is not a one time event; she actually got close to them, and their feelings are mutual enough.

So really, 'fake' is a strong word in this. For me, that episode only exposes that the feelings Kubochan has for her seniors aren't one sided. She may look like five-timing(?) them, but those feelings are all genuine. And I too, am not the only one thinking like that.

I wish I don't have to make this rebuttal, but I guess it's necessary. I am sorry if I seem to be taking this too seriously. I don't blame you for having your opinion, and you can continue to have that opinion too I won't force you, can't help it because that's how the narrative of the episode went. I am just presenting the easily overlooked trivia that are actually exposed to fans, for the sake of another perspective.
