Chaewon - Sakura - Yunjin - Kazuha - Eunchae LE SSERAFIM is the new girl group managed by HYBE/Source Music (South Korea) and Universal Music (Japan). They consist of 5 members. The first member (Sakura) was revealed on April 3rd, 2022, and day by day, the rest were revealed. They debuted on May 2nd, 2022, with the album "FEARLESS." Their name is reminiscent of "Les Seraphim", the highest rank of angels in many religions, such as Christianity, Judaism and Islam. The name is also an anagram of "I'M FEARLESS", relating to their debut album name and group slogan. Members: Kim Chaewon: Former member of IZ*ONE. She is the leader of the group. Her birthday is August 1st, 2000, making her 21 at the time of the group's debut. Miyawaki Sakura: Originally from Japan, former member of HKT48 and IZ*ONE, oldest member of the group. Her birthday is March 19th, 1998, making her 24 at the time of the group's debut. Huh Yunjin: As a contestant on Produce 48 alongside Sakura and Chaewon, she was signed to Pledis Entertainment. She was raised in New York and is therefore fluent in English. Her birthday is October 8th, 2001, making her 20 at the time of the group's debut. Nakamura Kazuha: Originally from Japan, she has professional ballet training and went to school in the Netherlands. Her birthday is August 9th, 2003, making her 18 at the time of the group's debut. Hong Eunchae: She studied at the Korean "Def Music Academy" and is friends with Huening Bahiyyih from KEP1ER, maknae (youngest) member of the group. Her birthday is November 10th, 2006, making her 15 at the time of the group's debut. Former Members: Kim Garam: She appeared in ENHYPEN's "Drunk-Dazed" music video before debuting. Her birthday is November 16th, 2005, making her 16 at the time of the group's debut. She was part of the release of FEARLESS, but no other releases afterwards. Haruka: Briefly making an appearance in LE SSERAFIM's debut documentary, Haruka was originally considered to be a debut member of the group. In the end, she wasn't selected and never announced as an official member outside of the documentary.
