Matsudaira Riko (Rikopi) / 2nd Generation

Riko is quietly becoming - with Hikaru and TakeYui - a fave of mine and surely someone I look forward to see more and more involved in keyaki activities. This said, I think for me she'll always be one of those people I can't help but wonder what goes on in their mind.

This said, here my very first sketch of Riko. Still a long way to go before making a decent one, but she definitely catched my eye in Keyakitte

 

That member is so strange, but in a good way. She makes me smile. Love watching her on keyakake and I hope she'll become succesful.

She was so funny on yesterday's KeyaKake! I said my gen 2 oshimen was Fujiyoshi Karin, but Matsudaira Riko might be overcoming her.

 

She's definitely taking Neru's place as my Keyaki oshi once Neru leaves officially.

I thought it was hilarious when her mom was like "Was that really her rebellious stage? I think she's just always had a bad personality."

Rikopi have become one of the recent keyakake highlights for me personally - the combination of her awkward/quirkiness, her beauty, and her high comedic potential is a winner for me. Even though she already reached her prime* at 2 years old apparently...

*according to her mum in the recent episode of keyakake

OMG she become my favorite 2nd gen keyaki ever after i rewatched her interaction with her mother. her baka queen char is so good and that comedy timing .

I was actually impressed by Riko in this episode.

I thought she would go full ponkotsu but she actually won her race (twice!). Couldn't beat the athletic Tamura and Morita but still pretty impressive nonetheless.

Ay caramba, Rikopi! Should we add her name to our list of Keya's models?

 

I was searching for Riko's pics to make her portrait and once again it hit me how photogenic she looks in some pictures.
There're people which prettyness you notice as soon as you see them, and there're people who seems to come to life in front of a camera lens.
Riko is one of those and I think she knows it.
For what I understand, Keyaki can't just sent everyone to play the model, so there're already some more pushed members who will probably obtain that spot; but if it was up to me I would send Riko straight away, even to the point of giving her Pon's place (who is one of my fave so don't take it like I'm saying it lightly).
She has "it" and she's enough self-aware to know it. It would be a shame to miss this chance for her to shine.
