To avoid troubles I used a vpn and turned my browser into private mode. after you entered your mail, go to your mailbox, you recieve one with a link that you have to click. after that you can access the registration form. look in the arcana no himitsu thread Hope tis is any help.
It does say "must read" next to the terms & conditions. It worked for me, and I am an international player. I've noticed that Gmail seems to have the least issues with any Japanese website that requires logging in so if your email address isn't a Gmail address, maybe create one and see if that works. Let us know if it works.

Man... Even more Iede? Got #34 in Sayanee/365 event and now can't stand iede (and hebirote) anymore. Hahaha (Guess I'll play more ponytail as I don't want the hard grind anymore)

Kind of not really into the event. As the highest card prize is a Megu SR card, and for the rank Mako SR card. I mean, my formation already full with SR cards, need more free SSR Guess i'll just play for the diamonds and not spend any.
Since I downloaded the game after the last event, I actually really like this. I can't beat Extreme mode yet on any songs and barely manage to get through Hard mode (I think I've cleared 3 songs for hard mode so far) so Ponytail to Shushu has been the best song for me to collect onigiri yet, as it gives 66 as a base for Hard mode (and then obviously additional for combo bonus and points gained). Only got the Macharin card so far though lolol
It might be because your cards not yet strong enough to clear Hard and Extreme. Don't worry, you'll get there in no time...after 200 diamond dasu like 4-5 times And on event try to win as many SR cards as possible. I also only got Macharin which I do not use. Eyeing for the Sayaya one first, but still lazy for now. I'll just save as many onigiri as possible
