Mobile Game AKB48 Beat Carnival

It's so sad that the game will close soon. This game introduced me to several of their songs which I probably would have never known about otherwise, since I don't really follow their performances closely. I will really miss this game.

Feels like they're taking away everything I enjoy lately. First was AKBingo!, and now this.

Time to spend all the diamonds that I saved up, I guess. I was trying to save up 4000 for a 200-pull to make my team better but it's impossible now.

 

Actually, I think you can still play the game even after the service stop. But they will not add new songs or event afterward.

 

I hope you're right but I honestly doubt it. They'd be losing money if they kept the servers running after disabling the option to buy diamonds. The game doesn't have an offline mode so I think we're out of luck.

I can't log into Beat Carnival anymore. Says communication error. They did close the servers after all?

 

this game brought huge change to me
i joined this forum in finding a thread about the game, before so i only hang around in hong kong and taiwan forums
then last year we accidentally started to do subs for bacchikoi, something i never thought i would do

but of course we need to understand everything has its end

 

There was an update today which got my hopes up, but it was only for the refund of paid diamonds. Seems like the game is permanently shut for good then.

I recorded all of the focus videos I had unlocked before the game shut down, guess it'll probably be a good look back on the game for me in the future.

 

wow, that sucks. welp, what sucks more is that my phone broke days before I heard the news, now I can't even say goodbye to all the SR Cards I have grinded for months on every event.

what sucks more is I am only one SR card away from completing my all Naamin Deck.

I guess all things come to an end.
