i'm in love with the PVs for Boku wa Shitteiru

the whole history of SKE48 in a few minutes, so many wonderful moments, the hardships and the adventures the girls went through, so refreshing to see girls like Ogichan, Kuumin, Mii, Shawako, Kinchan, Neesan, Nishishi, Airin, etc etc again

 

^ Same here. Smile version lives up to its name. I had a big stupid grin on my face the whole time.

 

I've just finished watching the first disk. I enjoyed it and I managed to follow what was happening pretty well but there's one scene where I don't understand at all about what's going on. It's at the beginning of chapter 11 about 58 minutes in, I've taken a screenshot from my TV. Is that Jurina crying, and why are the others laughing?

 

I don't think they were laughing in the first place @David61 , from what I can see they were trying to cheer her up.

Quite surprised with myself that I didn't recognize Shibata. I guess I'm only familiar with her "front view" look and her eyes didn't look that "big" in the photo.

I like the song, it has that shoujotachi yo feel.

I think Jurina cried because her rank drop in SSK (10 to 14). And yeah, as @KashiwagiFan4Lifesaid, they were trying to comfort her.

 

Need to wait for Aidol for soft subs, my Japanese is not good enough to follow a documentary.
It's barely hanging on to easy talk like variety.

Seems like waste to watch without understanding everything in a documentary.
Wish my Japanese was better

 

I just realised, I forgot which PV of Boku wa Shitteru it was, but I saw a tiny bit of Manatsu.

 

I like to watch their documentaries without subs and try to guess what they're saying and then watch it again with subs to see how far off I was. xD Part of it is just impatience of course, but it might also be a good way to practise Japanese.

 

Yeah I already watched it, could not wait lol
