Go to "Account" -> "Prefrences" -> "Customive Blog" -> "Theme" -> "Browse More Themes"

I originally had the theme I have now and then I changed it and lost it I found it again and I'm NEVER changing it again now HAHAHA

If you want to change the background go to "Appearence" and then "Background Image"

You should make one then I can follow you
