Nゼロ (N Zero) Formerly AKBN 0 (Akabane 0)

Hashida Rose Miyuu made more than double her goal bringing in 239,000 yen so she was able to participate in Hasegawa Eri's graduation show and is again a full-time member of N Zero.

N Zero will be holding another live on the 29th of this month. Graduated member Kaoru Yoshimura will be there as well as G Zero members Akemi Nishigaki and Hime Sakurai. (G Zero is a unit formed of former N Zero members, they don't release original music and mostly do live shows in conjunction with N Zero. Maiko Ishihara and Momoka Takahashi are the other two G Zero members.)

Kitaguchi Mirii will be absent due to school commitments and Takayangi Misaki is taking a break from the group as announced today. No official reason or time-frame was given but she has missed a few events this past month.

Sad news: Today, Takayangi Misaki announced her intention to retire. She's been on hiatus since September 26 but will return soon and resume group activities until her final concert on January 12 which will be held at Shibuya Densho Hall. Her given reason:

N Zero posted a retrospective of Misaki's TV appearances & live performance clips on their YouTube, even her audition tape where she sang Akai Freesia by Melon Kinenbi.

Also, Hashida Rose Miyu released her 2nd solo single "Massugu" and it reached #1 on the daily Oricon charts and #24 on the weekly Oricion charts.

This is the highest sales ranking yet for an N Zero solo single, beating the previous record of #45 set by Hasegawa Mei with Oikakete Seishun in 2015.

 

A Twitter user pointed out that Mirii looks like like a young Mai Hagiwara from ℃-ute. I kind of see it.

 

With the Tokyo Olympics approaching I thought everyone might appreciate N Zero's pitch for a theme song, "Doping Zero! -Let's fight fair square!-", which is probably the only time I've heard the words "urine test" used in an idol song. Also N Zero has two new apprentice members, their ages surprised me a bit at first. But the age requirement for N Zero is between 10 and 30 and they mean it! The members are:
