So, what seems to be the problem? Is it the photo session and the questionable cameraman? If so, what will happen to her? I've seen on twitter some are asking the management to expel her.

 

Well, from what I can gather from the Tweets made by Japanese fans:
- She was a model.
- Her Twitter handle was lien6452. The account is now deleted.
- She charged ¥3000/hour for every photoshoot.

- She was active as a model till around November last year.
- Her mother is best friends with a certain Naomi Ishikawa who is currently a Setagaya Ward Assembly member. (The aforementioned individual wrote a now-deleted Tweet congratulating Aruno.)


Some Nogi fans are mad because:
1) She had photos during her modelling career wherein she showed skin like the ones above.

2) Jun Fujikawa (hz_jun77), one of the photographers she previously worked with, leaked the fact that she will be a member of Nogi, exactly a day before the official announcement came out.


3) [Rumor] She had a meal with the said photographer. / Or, as some fans interpret it, she went on a date with a sugar daddy (papakatsu).

I don't think she will be kicked out though. There are other Nogi members who had a worse pre-debut "scandal"/"issue" than her (as in they were literally pictured with a member of the opposite gender). She will be just fine.

 

yeah, but this scandal will really affect her popularity and probably receive a backlash if she become center right away..

i don't have problem in the part where she had a job before joining the group the only problem is the other people may misinterpret it.

 

As Nogi fans, we should support her because she is Nogi member, now. What she did is her past, before joining Nogi. We shouldn't let this kpop cancelling culture enter and grow in Nogi fandom.

 

Funny that I just got off reading a Nogizaka fans thread on a Korean website and some there literally have been doing that since the beginning of those rumors.
And I agree, this "Cancel Culture" needs to be cancelled.

 

we can't stop other people giving negative option about her past, nevertheless i agree on what you said she's already part of Nogizaka46 so as a fan we should support, this girl has a potential to become one of Nogizaka46 assets..

 

I know past shouldn't be important but I blame management for that. We're in 2022, everything can be found on the net. Why choosing this girl if you knew already she had some "lewd" photoshoots that are so distant to Nogi's pure image, and that she has a "close friendship" with the photographer of these shoots? Of course they would've came out and of course there would have been criticism.

Let's hope at least the sugar daddy rumors aren't real and in general there are not even more "lewd" things around her, or if something like that will come out would be really bad.

 

I think that Sugar-daddy issue is false and based solely on spectulation. But her Pre-debut pictures is real.
