• Last year PD48 was the last chance for me, I was thinking.

• I have been thinking about entertainment industry only since kid
• This is my first time to really attend & study school since junior high school
• After staying in Korean during PD48, I became interested in many other things
• I didn’t want to announce my graduation on theater stage.
• I have seen the members & audience crying after the announcement
• My graduation is forward looking, but if anyone cry, it might drag me
• Last HS event is May 6
• Graduation theater stage is May 30.
• I don’t want to stay longer after graduation announcement, plus, I haven’t been up to my study
• As for Yamanashi concerts, I preferred to studying to preparing for the concerts
• I haven’t told my fans that I am attending university
• I hope you accept my decision

Ikumin career won’t go further so I think she made a suitable choice

Other AKB team experienced the same problems (massive graduation, top mem have individual job and left newbies in the limbo) but they will finally find someway to fix it (either good or bad option)

Sigh. I knew something like this was going to happen and I am still terribly sad. Thank you, Ikumin for being my Top Oshi for Team 8. I hope you study hard and you can learn two new languages (Sign Language and Korean.) Good luck on your new journey and I'll definitely miss you.

Let's think a bit. Shiorin has been threatening graduation for years. Yamada went on hiatus and lost her momentum. And Ikumin... well... Ikumin. Did any of these graduation announcements really surprised you that much? Can you say that you weren't seeing any of them? We're in graduation season and this year we didn't have a Sousenkyo to know beforehand who would do it. We've been saying for a long time that the 2000 generation could graduate around this time, since its when they graduate from school, and Ikumin is one of them. And other graduations will be announced soon.

But what kind of fishy things could be happening behind the scenes? That they were told that the team would be disbanded? Then why didn't they wait until that happened, with everyone graduating at the same time like SDN? From Berin's, Yuiyui's or Nagi's comments does it seem to you that they know about something like that? And if they did, why does it matter if they're popular or not? The popular ones graduate but the non-popular ones want to stay? Doesn't make much sense, does it?
Why would they increase Team 8's presence in shows like AKBINGO!? Toyota announced a CM days ago. They were selected as ambassadors for this year's TIF. Toyota also mentioned 2020 before. Some of them have jobs that will last, at least, until next year, like Berin being Ibaragi's ambassador or Nagi's Ainu thing. We'll see then.

Unless you're thinking of darker things, like all of them being Inapooh's pals. But their Sousenkyo rankings doesn't indicate anything like that.
