That was only because she was rewarded for ranking in Senbatsu in the SSK (which she deserved).

I'm surprise they didn't go Rikachan as the center for this Single (Since we know they care more about her then they do Hinatan).

But we all know she (Rika) centering the B-Side NGT48 Song for the 51st Single (it's going to happen), Even though she doesn't deserve it with the way she has been acting as of late.

 

Rika? NGT Management care about making this group a success more than giving specific members favours.

It's more the AKB management who want to push her since they have different priorities there. The power of Ohta Pro is significant.

 

That Rika Solo says hi (That Power of Ohta Pro you says more affects AKB Management).

 

I think that was because they wanted to give her at least something in that single (she is still one of aces of this group after all) but ran out of ideas so they pushed that horrible solo on her. Yeah... I think it was a weird decision. It did more bad than good for her imo.

 

It's pretty clear Rika is favoured by management

 

But Kitarie is there to help the group grow while Nana was a regular member like Rika, Ogiyuka, and etc. It's completely different.

 

honestly her name is like a learning curve when trying to spell it lol.

Anyways very happy for her and glad to see everyone in senbatsu right before we get a 2nd gen and all. Kind of a nice little homage to what Rie has been doing these last 2 years with them.

Edit: I really hope there is a song (with MV) on this single with just Marina, Yuka, and Rie. The three first members of NGT

This is the happiest news for me this year! Finally got what she deserved! So happy for my oshi!
I'm sure she will be a great center.

Now my left hope is that Katomina centers a B-Side/Gets a unit center.

- The first 48 group which debuts with 3 diferent centers after 3 singles
- The first time a 48 sister group has all current members (D3 has not debuted) in their Senbatsu.
- The largest Senbatsu in a 48 sister group single.

 

If you consider senbatsu as the girls who performs the main song, Sakura no shiori had more.
If you consider senbatsu as the members who promote the single, so yeah NGT48 has the largest.

 

Sister group = not AKB lol

AKB Senbatsu did have 35 members. And their first indie single had all Gen-1 members.
