Not much, but here's a translation of the video description from Youtube:

Revealing the teaser for the short movies "Mijikai Natsu no, Sayonara", set in Niigata and performed by all 21 Kenkyuusei members, taken from the bonus videos which will be included in Type A, B, and C of NGT48's 4th single "Sekai no Hito he", on sale on 2018/10/03.
Having learned that the protagonist, Izumi, will not be attending the school's cultural festival, her same-year classmates and junior students at the dance club focus their various thoughts and speculations on what the reason could be for this. An "ensemble teenager drama" which takes a common story following along a single subject matter, and portrays it from the unique perspective of each one of the three main characters of the cast.
Movie direction and scripwriting was handled by Koyama Yamakashi, winner of the grand prix at the second edition of the "Work-in-progress Movies Trailers Awards".

Based on the official Twitter, the main actors in each of the chapters will be Takahashi Nanami, Hagiri Runa, and Fujisaki Miyu (Type A, B, C respectively, I'm even more unsure how the titles should be translated, now that I found out 泉 is supposed to be the protagonist's name).

 

There are already dislikes on the teaser video.....?

From what I seen in the comments, some folks thought it was Yukirin lol (I admit, I did too actually and thought there were already putting the B-Side MVs up already and this was the Team NIII one lol).

 

their acting is better than all cast of Majimuri LOL nice movie

 

Many people thought Nanamii as Yukirin lol. And from Youtube comments, many people praise their acting, especially Runa, given this is their first act.
My Runa has a great start

 

I have been following NGT48 coming up to 2 years. For all the graduates, other than Otaki (because I have no idea what she wanted to do after NGT48), NGT48 has tried to nurture their ambitions. Mau mau was the fashion coordinator for the NGT48 Special magazine earlier this year. Ayayan, found she wanted to be a beautician/make up artist. Mizun has been a teacher on and off stage.

I feel that giving the new members the opportunity to explore the different fields in entertainment, is not a bad thing.

Fans are surprised and so are the members, when new talents are unearthed through all these sort of non typical idol work.

 

Or the result of working with a director who knows how to give acting direction maybe ?

 

may be! anyway trailer is nice =) Runa looks like a true actress

 

Even if it was a teaser, I liked it. And, yes: I almost fell for the Yukirin too.

Fun MV. Katomina being her goofy self. I don't think anyone didn't act herself in the MV.

 

I swear, i was crying at the first watch. This is COMPLETELY what i imagined a Kato Minami centered mv to be...Goofiness, modelshoots with lots of color, pop punk, food, that "I am what i am" message... Perfect.

Nice MV! while song is not so nice...

 

I like the MV. The song is not bad...but definitely an enjoyable MV that enhances the song quality by 100% so yeah!

But....I'm not a fan of Noe's new haircut.
