Can I clarify a point that I might have got wrong.

Maho says she was attacked by men coming out of a member's room opposite.
In the incident recording she asks the men why they had keys to that apartment.
Much later NGT say the room was not a member's room but rented by someone else and they had no control over it.

Three weeks after the incident the assaulters were released by the police.
So if we believe NGT's story the assaulters were able to return to the room opposite Maho?
From late December did Maho have to live opposite her assaulters? (or their friends)

People were outraged when there was suggestion that the assaulters were in the audience for her apology. But how much worse if they were staying in her corridor?

Yes, but after that. They were released late December if I recall. Maho's sobbing Showroom was early January.

 

They were found to have multiple apartments around the city apparently.

 

Well we know that Maho wasn't part of the "putting out club". It's possible that pressure was put on Miyajima to put out too but she didn't because that whole period of her hiatus and graduation was pretty fishy. I think we can presume Yuria was part of the good girl clique too.

As for Tano, everything from the last 6 months or so paints her as a vindictive, spiteful wench lol

 

Did you actually look at the "timeline" before posting this? Most of the times she wore it were nowhere near announcements or graduations.

 

Maho missed a lot of theater stages, TV performances, concerts and basically other group activities from the middle of December up to January, which at the time were officially explained as being due to bad health. Adding to the fact that both herself and her relatives (like it's told in this interview on Niigata Nippo) said she found it impossible to step outside alone, I think that at some point after December she just wasn't likely residing in the pseudo-dormitories anymore (I have to check again what was the last group activity she had in Niigata, but I think she came back for the Christmas stage or something, after which she didn't show up again?).
I can't even tell if even the disclosure stream (her first stream since December 5) was done at her old apartment, considering the blank background, but the angle surely wasn't the same as any of the streams she had since, let's say, 2016.

Strangely, we don't know if assaulters were given restraining orders, expelled from the building or anything, and probably we won't. I have to guess that them not being prosecuted, thus making them basically free men, prevents any details on what steps were taken about them from being released to the public. For one thing, I find it odd that even in that research report there is nothing mentioned about it (the most that's written is a brief note that the police performed a fingerprints check on the apartment of Maho, but we aren't made to know about anything more, or anything concerning the assailant's side).
For what it's worth, there was also an insider info regarding a couple of room rental listings from the building which is most likely assumed to be the one where the incident took place (this is merely an inference made by collecting some other previous leaks). Inside of it, it turns out there're at least two rooms from the same floor (3rd) that became free since December 18th and December 25th respectively, but who knows for certain...

It's surprising that NGT management want to say that these guys independently rented a room in the NGT dorms. Do they think having borderline criminal fans living in the NGT apartments is somehow better than if they only occasionally visited? We know from the third party report as well as showroom shout-outs that some members knew these guys personally. So we can imagine what the apartments must have been like. It must have been poisonous for anyone who criticised the status quo as Maho did when she asked for a safer environment.

 

I thought she stayed at Riko's for some time? I'm trying to remember but I think she said it herself, or it was implied in some of the explanations mobames.

Aren't they AKS' president and NGT48's new manager? If so, they're related I believe.

 

yoshinari is the president who currently holds 100% of aks's share; matsumura is the aks board of directors member, who failed miserably at that 3rd party investigation press conference
