Just watched the draft perf,, I was curious who would center DLB! now that Nana is gone.
I wasn't expecting Fuuchan though. Is she the new NMB 3rd?
I think Mirurun would have fit more though. She looked stunning as well.
Happy that Reinyan is now considered important in NMB and took over Yukirin's position,,

    Week 6: 1,664 (500,288) (39th)

    Past Week Sales
    Week 1 Sales: 447,282 (2nd)
    Week 2 Sales: 10,448 (457,730) (8th)
    Week 3 Sales: 12,600 (470,330) (8th)

Even though it only sold 1,664 this week. It has now passed the 500,000+ in sales. It's NMB48's 3rd Single to pass the 500,000+ mark.

Also with it being passed a month. As requested by @ithebigc. The Sales will be on the OP. Will be posted here in case if it hits a milestone (like it has here.)

Wow! It reached the 500K mark! That's good! What were the other two singles that reached 500K?

(there you go for people who are saying that there are no reaction/discussion due to the sales update)

That would be Bokura no Eureka and Kamonegix. I think Rashikunai was really close to reaching a 500k total too.

    oh :(

Bokura and Kamonegix aren't really my type of NMB singles; I guess that puts me in the minority.

Don't look back was amazing the first time I heard it but I think it's more credit to the choreo.

So what's the new member lineups? I hope they didn't fill Yukirin's awkward in-the-middle-of-all-prominent-pairings position.

^Are you telling me Bokura no Eureka is the highest selling NMB single? I thought it was the least popular!

You make a good point. Even if I don't say it, I appreciate the sales updates on the singles threads that FF does.

NMB's consistent sales levels indicate a stable fanbase.

I've heard people say that Bokura no Eureka was a kami song, so I guess it's not as unpopular as you thought.

Virginity or Junjou U-19 probably least popular. They deviate too much from typical idol/48 style to really fit within a lot of fans, which is a shame, cause their uniqueness is one of the things that really makes/made NMB stand out from a lot of really really lame 48 singles.

While not entirely an accurate representation of popularity, you can look at the two NMB Request Hour concerts.

ZKS, U-19, and Virginity failed to rank in last year.

I think it was the first NMB release to include 2-shot events?
I might be wrong, but that might be a reason for the better sales.

They had 2-shot (non-random!) for Nagiichi.

RH tends to be biased in favor of newer songs. I'm almost certain that if there is a RH this year, Eureka will not make it. In fact, its been so long that I'm iffy even of Ibiza. There is no group of fans that would vote for Ibiza over something else unless they really like the costumes or something.

I agree with you guys but I personally really like the edgy, original songs and while BnE is a great song it doesn't stand out too much the way other NMB singles do. I've never really heard anyone talk about it or anything which is why I guess I was so surprised that it sold the most. I would've thought it would be one of the newer singles.

I actually love BnE, it's one of my favorite NMB songs and it's the song that solidified my love for NMB and made me become a fan that buys their merch etc, it was actually the first nmb single i bought :^^;:

I love it too, the original melody line is gorgeous. NMB in general has great A-sides, I'd say Virginity is probably the most out there of them, but even their pure idol pop songs are very catchy and melodic like Nagiichi and Oh my God. NMB is my favorite 48G musically because of this, along with Nogizaka.
