A summer song!!! Yes!!! The summer Pv's and the colorful outfits, I love that, and it means it will most likely be an upbeat idol song and that's all I want!!! AND MIRURUN CENTER. OMG. I'm loving this single already Sayanee looks so pretty and cute on those 2 photos btw >_<

 

This sums up my feelings exactly ^^
But I'm just wondering why they dropped Aapon from this single, and also feeling a bit bummed that this means that even if Renapyon does manage to rank in this year's SSK she still might not get a shot at senbatsu, unless management does their next single based off the SSK results (like it appeared to do so last year for Boku Wa Inai).

 

Miru is the best center for a bikini single!

Now both ske and nmb have bikini singles, this is turning out to be the best summer for a while lol

just gotta get the other groups on board too and we're good to go

finally a new single !!!

 

Can't figure out the Shion thing. Rei did really well in sales and was on par with Aayan on the last single, so I get her, but I don't remember Shion knocking it out of the park or anything. I'm really happy for her though. The number of members who can pull off 45-minute backstage concerts is pretty slim, so I think it's great she's getting a chance, even if it's Konomin-esque.

I'm super happy that Mirurun finally gets a solo center, this summer is going to be pretty fun with an actual bikini single. Hopefully the covers aren't bad like Boku wa Inai

I remember seeing the SR ranking thing a few days back and she seems to be doing quite well, so maybe this is the result of that? But well, we never truly understand how management works behind the scenes anyway.

But I'm genuinely v happy for Shion! She's one of my favourites out of the 2Ds.

 

That may be inflated due to her 19 hour showroom challenge, but again, I could also say that would also play to her ability to largely control a medium without needing a lot of help (anyone interested in Shion should definitely check out the Keicchi grad concert backstage special if you haven't).

I don't know how much a variety aspect played into this decision, but post-Shuu, I think it's such a crucial ability right now in NMB, so it's great to see her not only be inventive with how she's putting herself out there, but also land a senbatsu spot in the process. I'm really happy for her as well!

(though seeing Shion's inventiveness rewarded makes me sad for Sararan).

I seriously thought the leaked picked when I saw them on Twitter were offshoots from Boku wa Inai until I zoomed in and realized that it's not. Both have this gloomy atmosphere, which I'm not really fond of.

 

Why does NMB48 still make bikini singles while AKB48 doesn't in recent years???
