Announced today in Odaiba.

The rumored filming that happened recently may have been for this.

Oh good, I'm sure it will be great as expected from NMB
This'll probably be the first release I pay 100% attention to from them, though I loved bokura no eureka tbf

Awesome, a reason to sign back in!
If those outdoor pictures in the Day 2 / 3 posts are a possible location (I just skimmed, didn't read much of anything) then the PV is bound to be gorgeous. Hoping for...hmm, I'm not sure what, to be honest. The way their releases have been going lately, I bet it'll be completely different from the other groups.

CDJapan has three versions listed for pre-order now (so I expect the other usual retailers have, or will have soon).

school themed? sakura or something like Sukip / Melon Juice's seifuku? lol
can't wait for it, PV first (i hope they'll have long PV like Teppen and Eureka's PV) and songs.
i hope shirogumi can have good song again

PV wise I would like a continuation of the drama version of Eureka's PV.

I would hope we wouldn't get any continuation of a PV. Interesting concept, but probably not good to retread old ground from previous singles. NMB is fighting their own battle to stay relevant so I'd rather they go do new and cool things that they are known for.

And I'll be betting my bottom dollar they're gonna perform their new single at Tokyo Dome.

Well the last (drama version) PV did end in a cliff hanger so it would make logical sense for it to be continued ... and I don't see how that wouldn't be new and cool as it's not as if we've had lots of linked PV's across multiple single releases from any of the sister groups ...

I'm confused. When have we ever had a continued storyline among multiple PVs? I'm sure that 'To be Cont.' is just left for dramatic effect and doesn't really indicate anything.

Of course, I'm happy to eat my words if we do get a continuation haha.

What's to be confused about? ... the whole point was that you were saying that NMB needed to do some thing "new" and I pointed out that have continuation of the story which was left at a dramatic point would be "new" as it's not as if we have seen it before ...

(The Ha! PV expanding into a feature length thing on the Teppan Tottande release being different as they expanded what was there before rather than having another "episode")

Oh, I see. Yeah, I misinterpreted what you were saying. I thought you said we already had some continued PV thing. My bad. Yeah, that would be cool in retrospect and would be new compared to other things into the past. HA! was always marketed as a movie + PV though, it's a bit different. But yeah, I guess it would be new. Just not necessarily my cup of tea in terms of 'new' haha.

Really happy NMB are getting another single so soon after their last one. Bokura no Eureka was the first single of theirs I bought, so i'm excited for this next single

Announced today at NMB48 Theater. Title of their new single 『カモネギックス』 『Kamone Gikkusu』(i don't know if this is the translate)

Senbatsu: Same members of Bokura no Eureka. But Shimada Rena out, and Kadowaki Kanako in! ♥ Poor Rena.. but omedetou Kanakichi

It's a hard dance number, kinda like UZA! YAAY!

I'm happy because Mirurun's still in senbatsu and surprise Kadowaki Kanako comeback sen
No member of gen 4 in sen, i think someone of gen 4 will center of Namba Teppoutai Sono Yon

 

Maybe because it's the 1st time. I didn't really like it. It might grow on me though.

But Shimarena out Kanakichi in... ridiculous. It's not even a problem with Kanakichi herself but the fact that they took a 2nd gen to put a 1st gen in. It'd be much less of a problem if a 3rd or 4th gen took that spot. Not a fan of this decision at all. A completely unnecessary change in my opinion.

edit: But Shuu went up in the "ranking" so that's pretty cool
