A fan asked Aki-p about nogi 1st album awhile back regarding if theres shame-kai aka 2shot event he said yes, hope he wasnt trolling

If Nogi gets invited to Kouhaku this year, with this album just a week after Kouhaku, it's going to be a really really huge hit.

My excitement was at max levels and then just deflated at the news couplings would be included. What a waste. Who cares what B-sides get on the album when they're already on the singles? This would only be meaningful if the voted in songs would be given new PV's so that Shibuya Blues and Watashi no Tame ni, Dareka no Tami ni could finally be given the videos they deserve. Otherwise, what is the point? Give me some new songs/units and some concert footage while you're at it. 11th single better be just around the corner to make up for this . Yet even will all this I'm talking, I know I'll still buy the damn thing.

You would think with the incredible success the Stardust groups usually have with their DVD releases that other companies would be more on the ball with these things. How SME manages to be so apathetic with their handling of such a popular group's concerts is astounding.

 

Hope they save slot of new song for kenkyuusei at the album

 

they should have a nanase solo in the new album.

 

CDJapan says there's only three types of the album with two of them being 2CD.

It doesn't look like you'll have to buy two versions of the album to get all the songs, either. That's a nice break for fans, I guess, but, yeah, count me among the disappointed that there doesn't seem to be any new songs.

I'm also genuinely surprised that there's no Blu-ray edition given that it's a Sony release.

According to CDJapan the edition with DVD would have a live footage OMG maybe the concert of their 2nd anniversary ?

2700 yen. That's much more expensive than AKB's album theatre edition.

 

I'll go for the CD+DVD edition, that's about 5500¥/39€... but well, that's only 1€/member so it's very cheap.

 

Ok so I'm really confused lol. Are you only able to vote if you live in Japan or will people from other countries be able to vote as well? Also I see you need some kind of TUNE music id or something. How do you get that? Basically anyone that can explain this voting process, I will be eternally grateful to. haha thanks

 

@KatieKat1690 in order to vote you have to buy handshake tickets, & all nogi handshake tickets can only be purchased thro the ForTune music website. Hope that helps. ^ ^

The 'special handshake' part, some ppl even talked to Aki-p on 755 about it. He responded & agree that it don't sounds very 'special' & said he will LINE Konna (important nogi mngmnt dude) about it. Hopefully something will come about it.

The left & right graph are of the same three event btw, the left one is ordered by total blocks while the right one distinguish between 1st & 2nd gen & ordered by name.


I was hoping maybe the HS results here will have us more data on the non-top10s of nogi actually, since having only 15 total blocks will mean easier to sell out. The more pricey HS tickets might mean less multi-buying so might be more reflective of per-person popularity than purchasing power too, but alas with the lousy incentive I'm worried it might not work out lol. = =;

 

Ahh I gotcha. That definitely does help. Unfortunately I have no nogi handshake tickets so it looks like I won't be voting. Actually the album will be my first ever nogi purchase lol (new fan here)! Thanks for answering though!
