so i have finally manages to listen and watch the whole of the 24th single properly, and here are my full impression on the single

After seeing the live version on last week's NogiChuu, I think I finally understand the full power of Yoakemade. While I did like the MV, it's a song that absolutely shines brightest on the stage, where it can feed off the energy of the crowd. It's the kind of performance that will always look better during a concert than it will in a studio. That's because for the song to show its true colours, it needs to be performed near the end of the night, when the members are already exhausted and disheveled, and with the fans cheering them on. That, and the choreography is too good not to show in its entirety.

Also, a cool little detail I noticed from that Osaka performance: during the instrumental break after the 2nd chorus, when the front row turns and marches to the back, Miona gives Kiichan a fist bump. I thought it was a neat ad-lib that fit the song.

Holy mother of god, that live version is stellar. I prefer this kind of performances so much more than those where all the music comes from a tape. Even the 'heys', are live. So good. They shortened the bridge though, which is too bad and a bit strange since there is a string ensemble on stage...

Everyone is looking great as always, but my eyes caught Yoda. She is growing to be a beauty, and her expression is perfect.

 

So many 2nd gen (5), and I like it .

The choreography was like a Tango dance. Reminded me of Influencer but less complex and less powerful. It's more sharp and stellar?

I like part when their hands moving like a flying bird

The crying part was good too

And the Kamehameha part was the best

Kubo's facial expression in this performance was really super

The song still doesn't impact to me but I think Endou Sakura is a quite good center. She shined .
