Yes, got my copy last week. Now I just need the time to properly read it.

 

I got mine yesterday. It never occurred to me that Nogi photobooks were available (in stock!) here in the East Coast USA. It was awesome to see Nogi dominate the photobook section and the women's magazine stand.

 

5th week sales was 9,163 and ranked 1st place (total : 259,863)

there are some photobooks at Japantown in SF

 

Well, well, well and I happen to live in SF...I guess I know what I'm doing on my day off. (Do you mind giving me the name of the store? I have never went to Japantown in my life. feelsbadman)

 

They carry photobooks in America?! Eh?! My local bookstore doesn't. It would be too weird to go in there and see Nogi photobooks and magazines. Like my obsession following me everywhere!!!

 

I'm in NYC. I remember also seeing the photobooks for Nanase (most recent one), Reika, Maichun, Wakatsuki, Kazumin, and even Ikoma. I've always had the impression that these sort of things were much more accessible out in the West Coast like in S.F., Seattle, and Vancouver, so it was a pleasant surprise to find them here.

 

@jinxedbomb You might want to try Kinokuniya. I think there's still one up there in San Francisco. I know the one down here in LA carries some of the PBs.

 

Interesting, it makes sense considering the Asian/general population in those areas.

Much appreciated for the help! Looked it up and found their location in Japantown, I'll check it out this weekend. Let's hope I don't get carried away with buying the photobooks on sight.


EDIT: Got my copy, it seems like there's a few Nogi photobooks but none of Nishino or Shiraishi's (old nor newest pbs) were in stock. Wakatsuki, Shinuichi, Ikoma and even Fukagawa's latest pbs were in stock though. Saw many magazines of Nogi, and a few of Keya too.
