or probably construct a Kanjou Rokugosen between the venues but probably put a Border in the middle

no , tickets and goods sales are different
you need to be a nogi mobile member to participate in the tickets lottery application
while for the goods, you need to register in nogi official shop to buy goods online or be at the concert site to directly buy the goods

i understand that you need a japanese bank account like docomo or softbank to become a nogi mobile member, do u know of any other way i can obtain a ticket overseas or like a website that can act as the proxy service?

i'm sorry but i don't know how to get tickets from overseas,no experience.
i've read from previous posts here you need to have a japanese address ,you can use tenso.com for that.

 

i cant reccomend using proxy services or anything. these days using tickets without proper identification document was risky , because Japanesse kinda strict for resellers right now. i even cant find any resellers inside the fandom who willingly lent their id card at ikoma's graduation concert. ( so i'm ended at the LV Theatres lol )

the only safest way right now was waiting for the general release few months later , good internet connection + auto click macro for refreshing the web pages can give you better shot to got the tickets since it was 1st come 1st serves.

 

One more question, which website has the general release for the tickets?

 

Most likely to be rakuten. The address don’t matter , put in any valid Japanese address, just make sure you choose collection from convenience stores.
If I m not wrong , the general sales would prob be 3rd or last week of this month
