It's because she's not plus sized at all. :/ It's just the Japanese media's obsession with females being ridiculously skinny and having a child's figure. She's normal and actually on the fit side, in the west she'd have the perfect figure. Unfortunately since Japan has only just recently discovered, like in the past 5 years, that anorexia is an actual disease, anyone over the accepted ridiculously tiny size is considered 'fat' or 'large' when they are actually healthy. God it annoys me. Aw Noro I miss you so much.
