she has a BIG announcement in tomorrow's 5:30 SR It could possibly be something connected with her 365 days of "mainichi idol" which should be Oct 12th (Thursday), or something about the 51st single but that probably hasn't gone official yet.

in the morning, she was visibly distressed by not ranking and close to tears (she actually did cry a lot after the announcement itself - she was supposed to dance somewhere in the front in the next song but she just stayed somewhere in the back). That's the unfortunate thing - 4 of them were made happy, but for the rest it means they likely didn't get even half the votes needed and such fact hardly boosts your confidence. But I think it certainly boosted fans' dedication to make it happen next year! (So I expect like 1000 towers worth of money being thrown at the anniversary SR)
Anyway, she did talk about it which shows her toughness and strength - same as with the "scandal" things, she prefers to clear it up ASAP instead of lingering over it and leaving her fans in uncertainty. What a character!
