I'm loving this push Rei is getting.

 

Call it oshi bias but I love her PV as much as I loved Sukatto Japan. She's still stiff (lol) but cuteness overload everywhere.

The eyes have it!

 

A Japanese flower designer has made a flower version of the dress worn by the Sakura-chans on Kouhaku. She made it specifically to congratulate Rei-chan on being with the group for year:



The company that made the original dress is called Sakaseru, and the flower designer is Miyazaki Emiko.

I doubt we'll ever get a chance to see Rei-chan wearing a full-size version of such a thing, but it would suit her. What an elegantly attractive woman:



@Dill -- Yes, Rei-chan is getting a push, but I think she's pushing herself ahead as well. There's a lot to her. Big person.

 

@ukifune oh yeah, she started pushing herself since day1 lol but it's nice to see mngmnt is also contributing to it.
Hono may be the next one to have a PB, if mngmnt didn't change priorities, but I don't see Rei to be too afar frome her... so before next year maybe?

 

Rei is the only idol (as far as I can, at least, perceive so far) that started pushing herself and kept on doing that diligently and relentlessly. The management simply followed. What ever she has become is completely her own work. I do not oshi her but I admire and respect her for that.

The future for Re--chan seems to be a stompede vs any obstacles, animate or inanimate, the idol life is about to bring to her. She will overcome them all, in a calm but relentless way. She is born winner and she will keep on winning.

If I remember correctly, she was talking about how she used to be bullied in school.

I think she was reading viewers comments who were giving her comforting remarks in relation to the bullying stories and she got overwhelmed by the kindness in addition to remembering the bullying. Indeed, seeing her eyes and how sad she got was really heartbreaking.
