    - My big weakness is never wanting to admit my age (even in person)...I just hit 30 this year
    - Luckily I'm always mistaken as being in my early twenties due to my youthful appearance, same with my dad (who looks 10 years younger than he is, lol)
    - I used to read a bit, but I've gotten lazier with it thanks to hobbies involving AKB and the like
    - Never went to college or received a degree of any kind, anything I know I taught myself
    - Tend to be a very independent person, and have lost a few friends over the years due to my inability to stay in contact with them
    - If I was to have a career, I would of been a natural archaeologist, I loved looking through National Geographic magazines during library time in elementary school
    - This love of National Geographic also fueled my love of photography, I enjoy using tumblr to find photos of all kinds, it's my "other" hobby these days
    - Want to buy a really expensive camera and take amateur photos someday
    - As a child I had problems with daydreaming too much in class, to the point that I was given a few detentions for it
    - Even though I prefer living in the city, I enjoy nature more when I am alone
    - I rarely dream, and when I do they sometimes involve things I never seem to acknowledge but know I've felt
    - In person I say only enough of what I want to say and reveal very little, but in private I am a very sensitive and serious person
    - I am a twin, and still get mistaken by everyone as my brother to this day
    - And on that note, my brother would be my best friend, we communicate perfectly with each other, no matter the difference of interests
    - I play videogames, especially open world rpgs or fighting games
    - I like most music genres but have always had a bias for electronic sounding music, not sure why but it suits me
    - I enjoy art and history
    - My first exposure to Anime was Dominion Tank Police on tv as a kid, I loved everything about it and it felt different to me for some reason
    - I also enjoyed Sailor Moon as a kid too, but I was a closet fan because boys don't do that stuff, lol
    - I used to follow SNSD for a while, along with Kara
    - It wasn't until I got Rena Matsui's first photobook, that I wanted to know more about SKE and who she was (it's also one of my favorite photobooks); AKB was who I was learning about initially

Have one smelly cat called BooBoo. He is my child and I would do anything for him.
Degree in Literature and Creative Writing... currently not being put to good use.

I have more Korean than Japanese music but listen to both on a rotating cycle of ... my feelings.
Used to be a full blown Goth and still mainly wears black on most occasions.
Some of my friends have nicknamed me Panda.
I seem to get bought Jack Daniels every birthday and Christmas.
Seem to have some form of OCD with collecting sets; AKB photos have just made this worse.
Last year, age 22, I got ID'd for something with a 15 certificate. WTH.
Has recently become addicted to eating apples.
Should really get back to work now...

    - Oshima Yuko is my ultimate kamioshi
    - thanks to Majisuka Gakuen I've grown very fond of girls I didn't really pay attention to before (Akicha and Sasshi especially)

    - I've adopted "Nee, okotteru?" in my every day life

Hopefully haven't posted here before... but also kind of past the point of looking through 54 58 pgs to see lol...
    • I won Gold in the German Schützenschnur Bundeswehr military marksmanship competition back in the '90s

    • I used to want to be a comic artist after my military career (won a comic illustration contest in MD in the '90s)

    • I've ridden/owned 5 motorcycles from '92 - '14; been a mechanic from '98 - '16, and raced from '06 - '08 (until injured)

    • I'm a contrarian... which is good and bad: love (responsible & safe) pistol marksmanship but also cute things. Love vehicle modding but also 4648G ( I suppose that makes me even more Japanese lol). Why not both things, why one or the other? <3 And if the crowd is leaning in a way I don't respect... I'm okay being the lone holdout

    • I've had many (>10 lifetime) supernatural incidents involving me

    • I can't eat >50g of total fat per day, or my pancreas will countdown a timer like a bomb

    • I've played with lucid dreaming for over 10 yrs now (it's amaaazing)

I have a dream to be a fashion designer after looking at pretty and unique costumes J-Pop singers wear. My highest inspiration come from Nogizaka's costumes nowadays.

And I think 48 group has started to use longer skirts for the costumes just like Nogi's. I think the costume for Negaigoto is so pretty and I wouldn't be surprised if it were originally to be designed for Nogizaka. But it does fit AKB48 and the single very much!

I seem to have always had an interest in pop music in languages other than English:
    • I attended the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest in Birmingham, UK
    • In the early 2000s I travelled to France for concerts of some Francophone singers: Nolwenn Leroy, Hélène Ségara, Lara Fabian, Natasha St.Pier, Isabelle Boulay and Elsa Lunghini. (At Lara Fabian's concert at the Olympia in Paris in 2005 I spotted in the audience a young French singer called Grégory Lemarchal who sadly passed away 2 years later from cystic fibrosis.)
    • I also got into Italian pop for a while and I joined the fan club of Laura Pausini. I went to 6 of her concerts in Europe and got to meet her once where she let me kiss her on the cheek. ;)
I do though have an interest in international celebrities who are popular in the UK. When I worked in IT support at a major TV studio centre until a few years ago I had the following encounters:
    • Kylie Minogue held a door open for me and smiled very nicely (as did her compatriot Delta Goodrem sometime later)
    • I had to politely ask Joan Rivers if I could squeeze past her in a corridor
    • I stood behind Amy Winehouse in a food bar queue
    • I was sitting having my lunch in a staff rest area with a colleague when Björk calmly sat down next to us
    • I had to climb over Boris Becker's luggage which was blocking a corridor (he was standing by it and making no attempt to move it)
    • British actress Barbara Windsor walked straight into me without looking where she was going
    • I shared a lift with British radio DJ John Peel
    • On another lift journey British comedy actress Su Pollard held on to my hand (but she was blind drunk! [hehe])

    • I'm an Indonesian.
    • My birthday is in summer (northern hemisphere).
    • I'm highly obsessed with Japanese girls, wanna move to Japan and marry a girl there. Actually my oshimens determine my ideal girl tho.
    • Big fan of astronomy, every night I'm gazing at sky, looking for anything can be seen. Moon, stars, planets, etc. If the sky is bad, I'd be miserable. Loving astronomy is also reason why Star Wars is my favorite movie.
    • I listen to wide array of music both mainstream & obscure. Jpop is my most favorite mainstream music but my most favorite music is music that sounds ethereal.

Not really :^^;: DS vet serving with 3ID, then echelon above Corps in DC the rest of my career. Hooah!

Wife and I are decades-long firearms enthusiasts... but refuse to join the NRA following obvious shooting incidents over the past 10 yrs+.

Lotta numbnuts these days joining just because they want the protection of the NRA, not because they want to be responsible firearm owners. Just like motorcyclists with nothing but traction/stability control, ABS, and fuel injection coming in these days because it's easy, vs. us old-timers back when you had to service carbs and hoof literbikes that weighed 600 lbs wet; you appreciated what you had.

Good roads bring bad people; bad roads bring good people. Ex-mil? They tend towards the good -- enjoy and welcome!
