Congrats to Asuka !! Her pb sold 58,215 copies in 1st week

do you guys think she has higher public recognition/lot of fangirls or because she has big male fandom?

 

I'm not sure about her fandom. I think she's got lots of female fans. As for who purchases photobooks, I would think males would be the majority of buyers. But Asuka is a member with a lot of female fans, who knows how many contributed to her sales number. Anyhow, it's great for her and for Nogi.

 

Thanks to her modelling. She gain tons of female fans. She is getting solo CM too.

And if we talk about public recognition, she still growing, not on top yet. The top 5 still hold by Ikoma, Maiyan, Ikuchan, Naachan, and Manatsu/Sayurin.

 

I did a look through of Ashu's PB on my channel if you guys are interested, feel free to give it a watch . I'm sure I don't have to convince anyone here to purchase it but if you're on the fence...

that Sony Bravia CM.....ps3 was launched in Nov 2006 in Japan and i think Asuka was about 8 years old in that CM.

so Asuka is a senpai in the entertaining sector with 10+ years experiences
