The problem with Nagi's voice isn't its beauty, quite the contrary, but lies in the fact that she can't sing. And she doesn't understand very well what to do with what she has. I've heard professional singers that weren't really blessed with an amazing voice, but they manage to adapt it to a style that benefits them. It's true that in AKB she can't pick the style of songs that she must sing, but even so you can sing it your own way, and hers isn't the right one.
