I'm hooked on Kumi's recent MV. After seeing all of them I consider Kawata's and Kumi's to be the best (with Mikuni's following close by). However, captain's aura in the MV is amazing... Wrapped up by an awesome song, she is performing llike a pro! We definitely need more single songs like this from the captain.

Apart from that I want to grasp this chance to express my admiration for captain Sasaki Kumi as the leader of the group all these years. She embodies qualities of a succesful modern manager and her paradigm could be used by schools of management. She is leading by example, cares about her team, is always thinking ahead for the way the group evolves, is always promoting good qualities of the girls, never falls back, knows about the good qualities of self-sarcasm, and is constantly checking and controlling the performance of each member in the team. Planning, calculating, delegating, following-up, correcting, rewarding. What a great leader!

As I've already said elsewhere in this forum, she could have a brilliant career in any competitive, multinational environment as a manager, once she knows the detailes of her working environment.

 

Yesterday in japan (june 3) it was the of the 3rd anniversary of kumi as captain.
