Does anyone know who is this person who is the narrator that's speaking in the clip ? I hear his voice in akb48 nemousu tv, his voice is also heard & often playing like some of the anime bartender characters or those who are rich bearded man in anime,,, blar blar,,,,

It's something that I always wanted to know but my limited Japanese language is not strong enough to search for his name / picture.
