For me last year the most memorable event was in June the “49th Single Sousenkyo x SHOWROOM” where I ranked third. I was really surprised to be ranked right after Onishi Momoka-chan and Nakai Rika-chan who are really the big two on SHOWROOM. I’m very thankful to my fans who I think had to work the hardest.

Last November, for the first time I participated in my first musical “Anne of Green Gables” at Tokyo Kokusai Forum where I got to stand on a huge stage with an orchestra pit. For the first time I danced in a dress that was very different from my normal stage clothes as an idol and sang not only live, but the soprano part, there were a lot of firsts for me and it was a good experience. During practice, my feet kept getting tangled up during the dance parts, but during the real thing it was like I was flying (lol). But during the singing part, I messed up the lyrics and everyone looked like they were going “Oh no!” So the lyrics caused a happening, but the girl playing my friend swooped in and saved me-- I felt just like Cinderella-- and that one scene turned into an ad lib. It seems that I’ve gotten more of a following of fans from that performance. So it was a very memorable experience for me. Thinking about the stage play, usually with Team 8 on stage, everyone will always support each other, but I think if we stay like that, we can’t grow.
