I like her, she seems like another girl with a few different strings in her bow but is also pretty down to earth. Plus she reminds me of my girlfriend's little sister, so I like her even more just for that.

I saw Kuromi's blog yesterday and I prayed for the person who is translating her stuff... instead, Rika says she would love to read it over and over again.

 

What an absolute sweetheart. They do love their long blog entries - but it's great, I feel like we're getting to know these girls better than we would otherwise, especially the variety shows etc ostensibly put on hold for now. Plus, they've been waiting so long to be IN the group officially, it must be pretty overwhelming.

oh, and of course - thank you so much for the translations.

 

I actually learn a lot about them from the way they write their blogs too. I try and keep their formatting and structure intact to express it, but sometimes it breaks the flow of the translation. I've noticed the way that Rika writes is so stop-start, but at least her thoughts progress linearly. Miyu on the other hand...

I think I'm just spoilt that Yuna writes so eloquently (at a 5 year old's level that I can understand).

Also surprisingly it took until the 4th blog for her to mention Country Ma'am. Those cookies are indeed delicious, and I managed to snag a pack of the Aomori Apple flavoured ones when I was over in February too.

I really hope we gets lots of her and the other new girls when Nogichuu gets back to filming normally again. It's a shame they waited AGES to make their debut and the timing was just awful.

 

We'll get a healthy dose of them when Nogizaka Skits starts airing on Tuesday, as well as during the 46 Hour TV stream.
