    Ok, I think the fun is ruined a bit (at least to me) bec I'm looking at one particular member not on the list. I can only think her named was removed bec of a 'bot'er?

    It ruined the fun for me too. The botting was too excessive. I could catch it pretty easily but I couldn't stop it. She was the only member being botted for so, unfortunately, I had to disqualify her.

    such a shame, things i hate when it comes to polls like this are people who takes it too seriously, makes it all too personal and now people who cheats a supposed to be just for fun polls like this. well . . . . :glare:

    I want to do this again but I'm looking for software which would allow me to automatically fight botting. Doing it manually is exhausting but I don't want to cancel it and doing nothing ruins the results for everyone.

    This might mean subscribing to very expensive survey applications.

    to me it's always just for fun. it's just that she's one favorite member of mine.

    The results announcement was so fun I've decided to do 3 prelim announcements instead of two. The next one will be at midnight tonight (JST) and the last prelim will be Friday. The final results will be up Wednesday or Thursday

    As usual it will be on my twitter (because cross posting it to *every* SNS and forum would be a chore.

    Plus, while what I can do is limited, I am checking for botspam in multiple ways which is part of why I was able to remove hundreds of thousands of spam votes.
