Shiraishi Mai (Maiyan) / 1st Gen

I thought Aki-P had a part in planning of the opening ceremonies for the Tokyo Olympics? I'm speculating that he would involve an idol group in it. It could be Nogi. It could be AKB. I'm assuming if he does use an idol group he'd want it as the best representative of Japan.

Well.. JKT48 perform on the opening and closing ceremony of Asian Games even not in the main venue. So it's a big chance that one of 48 and 46 group or both will perform on tokyo2020

There are some discussions about AKB48 representing Japan for Tokyo Olympics. Most articles are stating that the group would be embarassing to represent Japan so many are against it. But ofcourse, it is the people who are stereotyping because we dont know yet, maybe they would do well.
If it’s true that Aki-p is the one who is assigned for it, I hope that he will have Nogi perform. He can let the girls sing live along a huge orchestre with Ikuchan on the piano. And with Maiyan falling down from the sky looking like an Angel to let everyone know that such beautiful group exists in Japan lol

 

although nogi were on their peak right now but based on aki -p situation right now his attention more toward techi...but we don't know still have 2 more years...but better if 46 & 48 all stars combine to perform together...

 

anyone know what actually happened to shiraishi mai when nogichuu shoot in guam ?

they go to guam to shoot 2nd Photobook - 1 Jikan Okure no i love you for 2 days,
but extend it to 5 days to shoot nogichuu.

she was in perfect condition when shooting for this photobook,
but got eye problem that made her cant shoot for nogichuu in the next day

She's 26 right now and will be at most 28 when those Summer Olympics are played. But I get what you are saying... she's old for an idol. And yet... KojiHaru graduated at 28 and Yuukiriin is still going strong!

No, she will only be 28 by 20 August 2020. That's a nice number for Maiyan. Maybe she will graduate on that date.
